What an outstanding team of people! Clare, Charlie and Cameron went above and beyond to help us, nothing was too much trouble and as first time buyers the guidance and knowledge we received was amazing. We had 2 other mortgage advisors tell us it wasn't possible, but C L Mortgages made it happen. Extremely happy with their service and we cannot recommend them enough.

Well what can I say, Clare and her team have achieved a miracle. I’ve known Clare for many years now and she never fails to provide an excellent service, with all the help you may need, she allows the time to listen to your worries and concerns and always manages to pull the rabbit out of the hat. I would recommend her all day long, you won’t be disappointed.

I made a first appointment with Clare for an half an hour , the knowledge ,efficient use of time and care and attention was impeccable she solved my need for a mortgage capacity report and we were able to meet in Fareham which was straight forward . Turn around time was brilliant too . I was recommended to CL mortgages by a colleague , glad she passed their details on to me .

Matt, Rachael, and the team helped make a very stressful process straightforward. Their knowledge of lenders meant that they were quickly able to identify the best provider for someone who is self-employed. They worked directly with my accountant to make sure that the lender had everything they needed and the application was approved within days.

Later in the process, my solicitors had managed to get the mortgage application put on hold by making mistakes when verifying the source of funds. Matt was on the phone straight away to understand what happened, and he cleared things up with the lender within the hour. I dread to think what might have happened if he had not been so quick to intervene.

I just collected the keys to my new home and I can confidently say that it would have been a whole lot more stressful without the knowledgeable and pro-active support from C L Mortgages.

He was extremely patient with all my (many as a first time buyer!) queries and always responded to me very promptly, going above and beyond with his help and advice. At the time of application Matt was on holiday and Clare helped us instead. She was also incredible, talking the process through with both me and my partner on 2 long calls of about 50 mins each! Clare also went the extra mile explaining the mortgage offer in detail and answering questions I didn’t know I need answered. CL Mortgages are a fantastic mortgage broker. I had Clare sort my mortgage out for me 8 years ago with my first buy and the service was brilliant then. But it was even better when I bought my second property! Never thought it could be much better but the service was exquisite as normal and nothing was too much of a problem for them. They’re very responsive and take all the stress of moving away which made me feel relaxed, even when we had problems with my buyer right at the end. I would highly recommend going through CL Mortgages to anyone. Absolutely a top mortgage broker!

The team at CL mortgages provide an outstanding service. There were many occasions during our house purchase when we thought it would fall through, however the team at CL mortgages did their utmost to ensure this wouldn’t happen. We've only given CL Mortgages 5 stars because we can't give them 6, Clare has been amazing throughout the whole process, helpful and knowledgable assisting us with our house purchase. Her team, Charlie in particular who was assigned to our case was fantastic, always helpful, genuine and at the end of the phone whenever we had a question, after other brokers weren't interested in helping, it was a real relief when Clare and her team were more than happy to help, we didn't just feel like we were a case but that Clare and her team really took the time to make it personal for us which makes what could be a stressful experience as stress free and easy as possible. Would 100% recommend Clare, Charlie and her team to everybody who is looking for a broker, if we are ever in need of a broker in the future we wouldn't hesitate to use CL Mortgages. What can we say about C L Mortgages? My parents advised me against a mortgage adviser on our first mortgage, bit C L mortgages have me converted. Clare, Charlie and the rest of the team offer an amazing service that I dont believe could be rivalled. We have bought 2 houses with their support and remortgaged once aswell. They hold your hand through the purchase and offer not only brilliant mortgage advice, but above and beyond. I have recommended C L mortgages to 2 of our friends who have both used her service. Their customer service speaks for itself really, and I will never do a mortgage application without them. Whether you love locally or further afield, I think you should use Clare and her team.

Fantastic service from CL Mortgages once again.

This is the 2nd time I've used CL Mortgages for a house purchase and would absolutely use them again and recommend them.
