Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Camberley

Good reception, prompt service and a great new replacement car while mine is being repaired.

Returned my hired car today after my car repair. Staff very helpful and friendly. Car was fabulous - I was lucky to be given a Subaru Outback, which was rather large SUV, but the all electronic mechanics made it a dream to drive. Brought a smile to my face under the circumstances I was in!

Would like to thank Adain Lovin for his help on Sunday, he was the only person in enterprise that took charge and sorted a suitable replacement vehicle. He kept me informed on what was happening.

I have a long term van rental with enterprise Slough East branch, on Saturday the van was making a loud noise and wouldn't hold any coolant in the water tank.

I phoned Slough East and asked what todo as I am an hours drive from them the person on the phone said I had to drive it back to that branch.

I phoned enterprise office I believe a main office and told them what I was told. The person on the phone said not to drive the van call the AA and get towed to a local enterprise to swap the vehicle.

I was towed to Aldershot branch where I was told they couldn't do anything I had to call Reading West as this branch was to sort problems like this.

after lots of phone calls Reading West had confirmation from an area manager that Aldershot was to give a replacement van.

I then said this to Aldershot branch they said the best they could do was a fiat 500. Not sure how they can just down grade to one of there smallest vehicle from a van.

After lots more phone call to enterprise I was given a out of hours number for Reading West and told to call on Sunday to arrange collection of a van.

On Sunday I call the number the person answered I explained what I was told they said they would put me on hold for a few minutes while they sorted it out.

After 1 hour and 8 minutes on hold I give up and hung up and tried to call back. No one would answer. Finally an hour later they picked up the phone and was told to call Aldershot as they have a van I could have.

I phone Aldershot and was told no they don't to call back Monday, so I said that this was a joke someone needs to sort something it was there hire van that broke and that it can't be that hard to find a van or a car with a suitable size boot to fit my stuff in.

Aldershot branch then said to call Camberley as they would be able to help.

I phoned Camberley and spoke to adani he said he could only apologise for what happened and that he didn't have any vehicles that I could have but he would try his best and would call by 3pm to say. Between theat call and 3:30 he phoned with updates can kept me informed and by 3:30 he managed to get me a van.

I went there he swapped the vehicles over.

From what I got out of all of this is enterprise customer service is outstanding up until the point you pay them money and then any problems with there vehicle is the customers problem.

Thankfully Adani Lovin restored some faith in enterprise, will only use Camberley branch now as the rest are a shambles

Overall, I cannot recommend Enterprise Camberly highly enough for anyone in need of car or van rental services, especially for a house move. Their helpful and friendly staff, combined with their top-notch service and support, made the entire experience a breeze. I have personally used Enterprise Camberley twice now as well as my family using them multiple times with every experience being a positive one. Customer service is always great with a warm welcoming, especially Adani who kindly made sure I got the vehicle I wanted, as well as the whole process being super quick and easy every time - hugely recommend!

Excellent customer service received today. We needed a van to help our daughter move and gave us excellent advice resulting in only doing one run which helped with timings. A little late in returning as we got stuck in traffic but no fuss and stress free day. Highly recommend.

Froogh was awesome today, promptly attended to me leaving everything he was doing and ensured I left the office a lot happier than I came in. He deserves to be the Branch manager of the branch

Booking is easy using the app. Easy to see what's included and what's optional. I like having unlimited mileage no matter what the duration of the hire. The team at the Camberley branch have always been very helpful, dealing with issues and queries very satisfactorily. Highly recommended.

Good service. I booked a small van, to but ended up with a larger one for the same price. Excesses are a bit scary, but I imagine these are standard across the industry.
PS. Make sure you've got some extra funds available for the add-ons 🙄.

Hired a loan car through Porsche whilst mine was in for some repair work. Callum was the member of the team who assisted me throughout. Very personal service which I wasn’t expecting from a hire company to be honest! Vehicle was dropped off within 2 hours of requesting it (Brand new Audi A6 with only 1500 miles on it). Callum arranged for it to be dropped to me instead of having to pick it up. It was at the end of the day but he still made the effort to run through everything properly with me and was friendly and professional. Had no problems with the car, having never owned an economical car before, was surprised how many miles you can get out of a tank! Car was relatively clean (perfectly clean on the inside, bit grubby on the outside but it was supplied very short notice and in the dark!)

They collected the car from Porsche for me so didn’t even need to drop it off. Followed up with a call afterwards to check all was okay too. 10/10 for service, well done guys.

The staff were extremely helpful and willing to work around my schedule even after closing time. Within reason of course.
