Purchased a coat described as in excellent condition online, received one with broken collar, several stains and scratches. Tried to contact Files London for a refund via website form and email, never got reply. Totally a joke.

ATTENTION FAKE CLOTHES

I bought a GIANNI VERSACE SET and received two FAKE garments. I even contacted FILES LONDON to inquire about the authenticity of the garments. I was promised proofs that I never received, and they stopped replying via email and instagram.

Everything about the versace two piece is fake. After just a few days, the LOGO CAME OFF and the stitching started to come apart. This shop is a disgrace. What a FAIL LONDON! Can you explain @FILES LONDON???

One of my worst experiences in online shopping.

Ordered a vest (order #7896) 3 months ago, I haven't received it yet. I got in touch with Files London several times via email, Instagram, website form... I never received any response.

This is an absolute joke of a company. I can only recommend to stay as far as you can from Files London

Purchased two items from them over the years, and both items were faulty. They agreed to refund both times but I am still waiting for the £200 they owe me.
