Phoenix Vets - Camberley

We have used Phoenix for well over a decade and can’t recommend them enough. With both our cats and dogs, all the team have gone above and beyond to help them when it was needed. Never an issue getting an appointment and the head vet Zara is amazing, she even came in on her day off when it was time to say goodbye to our boxer and she is so patient with our dog who is super nervous about his feet being touched oh and our cats love her! The whole team are very welcoming and helpful to both us and our pets.

There are many mixed reviews on here but our experience was very good considering the circumstances. We had to have our moggy put down after she had a seizure. We were both very satisfied with the care Phoenix vets gave even though this is not our registered vet.

Amazing service. I recently moved to the area and they have been amazing for both my cats, extremely accommodating. A recent issue they were so helpful with, from a last minute appointment to ensuring my cat got to the out of hours overnight team when I had no means of being able to sort this myself due to funeral needs for my family. Both sites kept me updated on my cat's health and progress throughout. Cannot recommend the teams enough - very grateful to you all.

We were referred here for emergency treatment for our cat which our regular vet could not conduct. Unfortunately our beautiful cat was too ill and had to be put to sleep. The kindness, compassion and consideration we were given as a family, despite it being late on a Friday evening, was wonderful. We were allowed to spend time with our pet before and after the procedure and nothing was too much trouble. She, and we as a family, were treated with the greatest respect. The veterinary surgeon, nurse and all of the staff were exceedingly kind. We know which vet we will be using when we manage to find our next feline family member

Fantastic Vet that we have been using for nearly 20 years. Always so helpful and informative, we’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed and their aftercare is great. Really friendly staff who care so much about our animals. Zara was so amazing in helping us arrange paperwork for taking our dog abroad, she really went above and beyond to ensure everything would go smoothly taking our dog across the Atlantic.

It’s very sad to leave Phoenix Vets as we moved. They treated and taking good care of my dog Minie very very good! We always felt welcome going in there and Minie was always happy abd felt comfortable! It’s also very clean and everyone is so friendly! Thank you for looking after Minie over the year.

Amazing vet, always there to offer the best care and support for my pup ❤ The staff are lovely and caring, always giving me peace of mind with each visit. I know my dog is in the best hands whenever I go and I believe my pup knows this too! Thank you for all you do!

I have always found going to the vets a stressful encounter, but the team at Camberley have been helpful, don’t rush you and explain everything clearly (even twice if you’re not sure without feeling pressured). They have a practice in Sandhurst too which is just as good but they don’t do surgery (dog tooth extraction) there.

Helpful staff, quick service for prescription pick-up.

Yesterday my darling Cora was spayed. The staff was very caring and lovely and friendly people there. I normally go to Sundhurts branch but I had to go to Camberley in this situation. Thank you very much to all the vets and nurses that looked after her.
The Pet Club is excellent, save me money for this.
I highly recommend this veterinary.

Amazing vets, I always feel like my boys are in safe hands taking them there. Staff are so friendly and lovely, and Clare always does her best for my boys whatever that treatment may involve she makes sure we try and do everything we need to to keep them healthy and happy

Taffy has been looked after at Phoenix Frimley since he was a kitty. I have found the Phoenix service to be understanding and sympathetic. The staff is kind and thoughtful. I have no hesitation in saying how much I value their care.

Phoenix vets have always provided us with great service. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We normally go to the one in Sandhurst but because we needed an appointment on Saturday, this is the only one open. Records are shared across sites, so it wasn’t any hassle.

Fantastic vets kind professional people . So patient with my millie with her 2nd vaccinations she didn't feel a thing

Very good service, took my dog for check up and was booked in next day for tests and procedure, they explained every step of what was going to happen and it was a very clear and concise.

Big thank you to Penny at Phoenix Vets for working some magic and getting my puppy booked in so quickly amongst the Covid-19 chaos. Very safe experience too given the circumstances and vet Sue made sure I understood everything clearly before I left.

Excellent. While I was on the phone, there was a call waiting for the vets, they asked if I minded for me to be placed on hold to find out if the other caller was an emergency. Nice one.

Nothing but fantastic caring vets and staff. Was open during all the lockdowns running a great service looking after our poorly old cat but also maintaining sensible social distancing.

Been going here for years with our pets, staff always very friendly and accommodating, even with a noisey fluff ball like mine
