Great service when looking for a new mattress yesterday. So many to choose from in their warehouse in a lovely location with plenty of parking. There was no pressure to purchase and as long as we needed to decide with expert advice on hand when required. A long established business that we returned to after purchasing a bed for our spare room over 15 years ago. For a stress free experience Deans has a wealth of beds and other furniture at very reasonable prices.

I bought all of my bedroom furniture here last year. They went above and beyond by storing the furniture at no charge for several months, while I was waiting for the sale of my flat to go through. Delivery was easy to organise and they were flexible about rearranging the timing it to suit me. The oak furniture is really excellent quality and good value. They were also able to source a non-standard oak headboard for the bed that matched the rest of the furniture. Overall, the service was far better than any high street or chain shop would have been.

I recently ordered two beds from this furniture company. The sales guy was so helpful and knowledgable about his stock. He helped me to decide what I wanted with no sales pressure at all. He then arranged delivery, collection of my old beds, and for a small fee my beds were assembled and all packaging taken away. I highly recommend this company!

Hi I purchased a bed and mattress from the Deans Furniture warehouse at Stony Hills nr Ware Herts around the end of April 22 ( we needed a spare bed ready at home after my shoulder surgery - This company over the years have always delivered good old fashioned service along with good turn around and prompt Delivery
I had a small issue - a fault noticed on the mattress button ( just one had parted company which shows the inner padding material
We had a purchase bill to show and within three days they processed the pictures I had sent Deans ( they emailed me back saying they were sending on a request direct to the manufacturer ( Deans contacted me today saying a new mattress would soon be with us ( First Class Service ) my remarks are true first hand example of using a local company with great customer care

Wide range of modern furniture, good service

I’ve been looking for a new bed for a while now and doing the usual on-line searches, but I came across Deans and decided to to support a local Business and I can honestly say I am delighted I did!
I received a warm friendly welcome from Dean and was grateful for his knowledge to help make the right choice.
The showroom has a great selection of furniture on display and lots of different options to choose from.
I felt comfortable and not pressured in anyway.
Super super service.
My bed will be delivered next week and assembled too, plus my old bed taken away completely hassle free, just the service I was hoping for, plus I’ve got a great deal! What more could you want!

Having moved in to our first home, it's been a lengthy process buying furniture for the household, but Dean and the team couldn't have been more helpful. We were looked after really well, given advice on different pieces of furniture, shown suppliers and kept informed on delivery times throughout the process which were all kept to - given current circumstances this was a novelty!
The furniture we bought is lovely, we're really pleased with it and it was all put together by Dean's team in a short time at the house.

I recently purchased a mattress from Deans and was impressed by the great service from start to finish. I looked round the showroom and Terry was very polite and helpful with advice even though I wasn't looking to spend much and was after the mattress ASAP. In the end I selected one in stock, paid for it later that day over the phone and it was delivered in my lunch break the next day.

Dean and Olly are very helpful and have great product knowledge. Always competitively priced. There's no sales pressure just good service.
Delivery and installation was done very quickly with no fuss or drama by Olly - thanks.

Excellent service superb staff a vast knowledge on all they sell. Thank-you we shall return. Dean's is now in a beautiful setting at Stoneyhill about 2 mile from Hertford lots to choose from Tables Chairs Sofas Beds galore to suit most people. Excellent prices to suit most people as well.
But the reason we keep going back is the excellent service we get. I don't think we would go anywhere else. We have been going to Deans for over 12 years now, and we have never had any problems or cause to Complain. We both Thank you for you expertise and guidance over the years.

We love Dean's Furnishers and have had several beds from them. They sell excellent quality ottoman beds and we were able to have one delivered recently. During lockdown Dean liaised with us over the phone and email, showing us samples of stock and we were really pleased to have just what we wanted, delivered swiftly by a trusted local company.
You can't go wrong with Dean's.

So went to deans last week was greeted by dean him self and showed us a few beds, top quality service and man he didn’t try selling us the most expensive bed either like most bed shops he even offered a divan while we wait for ours to come in.

Very polite and friendly and must say best service from these guys ever.

Can’t wait till we get our bed delivered and built and I must add £40 for it to be built is a bargain 5**** from Me.
