Very high quality products and an excellent service. I ordered several cabinets and a large Old Charm sofa suite (7 pieces) to be made. They arrived within good time, given the impacts of the Covid pandemic, and all the furniture was extremely well made. Unfortunately one sofa was slightly damaged during delivery (a small tear on one arm) and Wood Bros immediately dispatched an engineer to examine it and then made a completely new and matching replacement sofa, with no quibbles. That has now arrived in good order. I am very impressed with their service as well as their products and would gladly recommend them to others.

I recently had to refurbish my Old Charm bookcases. I needed 4 ballbearing catches for the doors. I emailed Wood Bros and Lisa attended to my needs. She ensured that I was sent the required catches and I received them two days later. There was no charge!

I would consider that to be sterling service from a Company that cares for their products as well as their customers. And Lisa could not have been more efficient, pleasant, and helpful. If I was a Managing Director of Wood Bros I'd be certain to keep her on a permanent contract!

I'll be singing the praises of Wood Bros and Old Charm to all my family and friends. When a Company behaves like this, they need unstinting praise. If I can find more room in my home I'll be buying more Old Charm furniture!

Good place

I’ve had a very unpleasant experience with Wood bros. On 25 August 2023, I placed an order for Aged Oak WOOD BROS Henley HLY0013 Extending Dining Table.
According to the confirmation I received, the "Approx. Delivery: 11 Weeks" so it should have been delivered somewhere in mid November 2023. However, to my dismay, the delivery did not happen as advised.
After several calls my order was finally delivered on 22nd of December 2023 but without the table legs or the extension pieces, just 2 days before Christmas. The company was closed until 2nd of January so no way to contact them to enquire about the missing parts.
I had no dining table to use on Christmas and new year.
After several calls, the remaining parts of the dinning table were delivered after 2weeks in mid January. Without any explanation or apology.
I emailed Wood Bros on 23rd of January 2024 asking for an explanation for the delayed and incomplete delivery. Got an acknowledgment that they will respond soon. Till this date I have had no response. I’m very disappointed with their service and would not recommend them to anyone.
