Autocare

Autocare are a good garage, and I plan to use them again next year. I have always found them to be honest, fair, and Paul is easy to communicate with.

Autocare have helped me out on two occasions; first time I went there I took the car for a quick check and was reassured that no work was needed - no charge and I drove off. Secondly the all-important MOT and service. I chose to have a full service and I was advised that next year this more than likely won't be needed unless my circumstances change dramatically. I appreciate that honesty given other garages could take the opportunity to rip you off at that point. Communication was excellent also on the day of the MOT. I was advised by a colleague who's a long-term customer of Autocare to park in Canons Road - would advise this to others dropping cars off for MOTs. Car felt great to handle after the service and I'll be coming again. Receptionist very friendly also!

I have only good experiences. I have used them for donkeys years. Never talked me into replacing stuff I didn't need to. Always found time to help me out at short notice. Unbelievably honest.

I have used Autocare Ware for vehicle servicing, repairs and MOT since we moved to Ware twelve years ago. They have always been friendly, helpful, efficient and reliable. I've never had reason to complain and their charges are competitive. I highly recommend them.

Paul gave me a call when the car was on the ramp to confirm the parts that needed replacing and a quote. Friendly all round.

Called Autocare a week before I needed my car serviced , thought I needed a full service when the garage checked my car details advised will only need an interim service, car also need an MOT , garage seemed very busy but managed to fit me in. Very helpful over the phone and very friendly in person , I had travelled from Glasgow to visit my mum in a care home as the garage was close by, I had checked the reviews, I have not been disappointed, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking my car again.

This is the only garage I would trust with our cars - I would recommend anyone in the local Area to use them.. when I book with them I never feel like I’m gonna get ripped off and told additional work needs to be done when in fact it doesn’t unlike some of the big named garages who need to hit targets. I never even have to ask how much they will charge for their work as I know it will be reasonable and the job will be well done.. you know how good they are when you see how busy they are..

Great service at Autocare, Ware. Emergency tyre replacement all completed today within 2 hours of calling - squeezed in between busy Saturday MOT schedule

Just a brief thank you to the Autocare people as they took a thorough look at my car for me (and didn't charge) to check the state of the suspensions and then explained in detail what was going on. They may not have been the promptest to assist me once I arrive but they were on the phone and I appreciate their helping out without any guarantee of future business.

Absolutely brilliant! Can not fault the professionalism and friendliness of this local family run business. Angelo and his team are always willing to help. Great prices and great service. An honest reliable auto centre - what more could you ask for? The fact they are always busy speaks volumes!

Absolutely amazing people/garage. I've been trying to find out a problem with my car for months been numerous garages with No outcome. Autocare fit me in and within an hour the part was ordered there and fit. So pleased and grateful. Highly recommended.

I’m writing a second review for Autocare because my original one is four years old now. In short, they are still amazing. The attitude of the people who work there is what stands out. So helpful, nothings too much trouble. They’ve serviced lots of cars for us and our kids and have never let us down.

The Autocare garage is one of the best in Hertfordshire. The staff are incredibly helpful and quote fairly for any work needed. I took my car for an MOT last week and forgot to put on new wipers ahead of my appointment (leaving the new ones I'd bought in the boot, oops) so failed the test. When I remembered I'd bought new wipers, they fitted them there and then and did the retest in less than 5 minutes. They didn't charge me anything to put them on either. I've been to other garages that will list problems to get money out of you during an MOT. Never had this problem at Autocare Ware. Will never go anywhere else for an MOT even if it means travelling further than I need to.
