Argos Coreys Mill (Inside Sainsbury's)

Gavin gave me top customer service. Helped me carry a 60 inch tv to my car, and when it wouldn’t fit, he helped me unbox it and help me lift it into my car when he really didn’t have to. Top bloke and top service. 10/10

Great service from Argos. TV was ready for collection 24 hours before estimated. Huge box and too big for me to carry to the car. One of the staff very kindly offered to carry it to my car through the heavy rain and wind. Really appreciated. 100% I'll return again.

Useful argos store can get most things delivered here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything we've ordered previously has always turned up quickly. Can also get eBay items delivered here which is useful if you are not home to receive delivery.

I had my worst experience with Argos yesterday(28/11/23) I never experienced such bad customer service in Argos stores like this before. I purchased headphones 14 days ago and it still had 30 days Argos warranty, but the duty manager Gavin and his other staff members Dan and someone else made it really difficult to refund. The staff were too lazy to help me so tried creating a problem for no reason so they called security to try escort me out. And when I was leaving all three of the staff were laughing behind my back. All I wanted was to refund my product as it was still in date of the warranty. Then I went to another argos which is in Sainsbury’s Magpie Crescent thankfully they were really helpful and kind so I got my money back. Please try avoid Corey’s Mill argos inside Sainsbury’s at all cost and go to Magpie crescent argos instead. He made me feel really embarrassed infront of everyone by causing a big scene. Shame to duty manager Gavin, Dan and his other members of staff. And already has been reported to the Argos customer service.

Customer service at the Argos includes being told your a liar, a con-artist and a bad mother. Absolutely disgusting, all because Kim the "duty manager" didn't like that the main Customer service department authorising a refund and even spoke to her directly to state this, she refused.

Kim became entrenched and narrow minded on her decision, even when the Customer service said they would process the refund from their department. She then proceeded to call me a "bad mother" for trying to get the refund on a product that had a one year return policy and was purchased less than a week previously.

I was open to a replacement product, or a gift voucher to use.

I purchased two outfits and the other did not react in the same way.

I can only assume she was having a really bad day, and decided it was appropriate to speak to a customer like this.

Absolutely disgusting.

The customer service line provided a full refund. I have raised a complaint. The disgusting personal comments were heard by one of their own customer service operatives on the phone and by other customers present.
