Asda Dunstable Superstore

I wanted to thank all the staff at Asda in Dunstable for the tremendous help that they gave me. I had hypoglycemia at their store not long ago. The staff there went above and beyond to look after me and to make sure I was safe and fit enough before I left the store. I cannot thank them enough because the care that they gave me was enough to make sure that i recovered enough to go home. Before anyone says that i should have gone to hospital, I refused as i knew that i would be o.k but they did call the ambulance service and i spoke to them and said i would be fine.A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT ASDA DUNSTABLE xx

Some of the staff are very nice.
That said, they charge you for parking if you go above an hour.

Asda is okay most of what I want can be found here, with fresh fruit and veg, good products all around and with the ASDA rewards card collect points on your shopping and get vouchers and money off your shopping.....simples

I have just filled in the tell Asda and for some reason couldn't directly mention the person I was trying to praise. I had to return an item, without a receipt, and was being dealt with by Tracy on the customer service desk at approximately 9.45am 29/6/23. Due to a security incident at the door, that the security guard was trying to deal with, I informed Tracy that I suffer with a medical problem, that is made worse by stress, and she was lovely. She was unfortunately not able to deal with my return and another member of staff came over who created a situation that was unnecessary and made it more complicated than needed. I was highly satisfied with how Tracy handled the situation.

Fresh fruits and delicious food items ! Friendly and helpful staff , most items are available in reasonable price and good quality! ❤

Visited yesterday from Aylesbury and went in to get some shopping. Quite a big shop with lots of items!

A good amount of parking spaces. Be aware you have an hour of free parking, if you're staying for longer you need to pay for your ticket and get it refunded when you pay at the till.

It's a large store but not as big as Asda Wigmore. This store has a good variety of food, drinks, toiletries and clothes amongst other things.

Just check the prices of items if you're on a budget as their prices seem to go up randomly. Use the app if you need to keep an eye on that, it's easier.

Asda Dunstable..Hero's dog food..thankyou asda for always having a decent stock of Hero's dog food..my 15 year old dog was refusing to eat anything and then whilst doing my weekly shop ..I decided to try Hero's and he absolutely loves it..and it's half the price of bigger named brands..thankyou from Gem and Foster..

It's an OK shop, but there's always problems with the self scanners. They never recognise if you use your own bag so you end up dumping your goods on the side and packing after paying which slows the whole process and rather defeats the object!

Used this store for click and collect once and wasn't impressed that fresh produce selected for me had a use by date of the same day or next day - something to be aware of.

I met an elderly lady in the car park, feeling unwell. Upon returning to the store Fletcher, on the security desk, found her a seat & called an ambulance. A helpful & caring attitude was demonstrated by the Asda staff who helped. Top marks to all.

Spacious lots of parking available, staff are great 👍🏼

My disabled wife, who is a regular shopper at Asda Dunstable was unfortunate enough to have a bad turn of health in the store. 2 of the assistants, Stacey and Erica help my wife to the seating area and help keep things under control until I could get her home. They both sat and talked to her and bought her a bottle of water. The assistants were very well trained and professional, customer care at its best.

We returned to the shop recently on a Sunday as the shop was closing, we were going in to buy something to get a voucher for parking, the 2 security guys stopped us going in as it was 4pm. We explained that our car was in the disabled bay and need a voucher. Joe and Brad took our details and put them on their system so from now on we don’t need to get the voucher printed. They were so kind and polite, amazing customer care.

The supermarket itself is a well run and busy shop, but the staff we encountered on our visits have all been extremely professional.

I use the click and collect and home delivery service and have always found the staff very professional/helpful/and polite. They even load my groceries into the car for me. The prices are very competitive and quality is second to none.

Lovely service by green haired Josh! Helpful, kind and polite, scared he was going to steal my wife from me at one point!

Shop here all the time, staff are so helpful. Assistant called Drew helped me get a big box for my puppies today
