Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful, before even starting a shift a kind member of staff helped me carry my lawn homer inside to return while struggling with the baby and pram. While being over whelmed with lawn mower choices a member of staff called Roy was massively helpful, he reccomened a great mower, not the most expensive so it didn't feel like a sale it was genuine and turns out it was great choice which I'm so please about because the one we originally picked wasn't suitable and we had to return. Thanks Roy!

A very good experience. The man in charge took me to the items I needed, and when he couldn’t find particular product, he looked it up on his phone. It turned out that it could only be bought at B&Q online, which I subsequently did when I got home. I shall use this store again.

Excellent customer service from Amy at the paint desk today. She took the time and care to get the right colour for a match to existing paint. She was polite and professional. Also had good advice from Jack at this paint desk. Service how it should be 👍

Needed turf, phoned around for days, B&Q finally got their stock in and were happy to hold for me, so I could pick up in the evening. Excellent staff even helped me load into car.

I'm a regular in this store. Comprehensive stock, well laid out and helpful staff. Prices could be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. At the end of the day, if you want cheap, there's always high street iron mongers...

I popped in to pick up some advice about my garden and an assortment of plants and shrubs. The Garden Centre department was well stocked with all things horticultural, and I found the staff courteous and helpful, making my trip a pleasurable experience.
