Weathered and Worn

This is one of our most favourite places to visit for coffee, sandwiches and the lovely selection of delicious cakes. The shop is such a cosy place to sit and admire all the beautiful pieces for sale and the garden seating area is pretty if you prefer to sit outside. Food/drinks are priced well and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Wow. What an amazing place. Like an Aladdin's cave of beautiful, french, vintage artifacts. So much to look at and reasonable prices. Stylish and very good quality. Several rooms for sitting to eat in. Amazing cakes, good coffee and the most delicious cheese and homemade chutney toastie. Great place for a catch up with friends.

Favourite place to take my mum. Staff and service is absolutely fantastic. They are so kind to my elderly mother. Food is always first class. Highly recommended if you've never visited.

I love this place! It is quirky and quaint and offers a wonderful alternative to a pub (it was previously a pub). The food offering is simple but superbly done - soup, sandwiches and cakes - and all freshly made. If you want aomething off menu, they will try to accommodate.

It is dog friendly - water bowls and treats always available.

Wonderful hidden gem! Lovely sandwiches and very helpful and polite staff. Sun was shining when we visited so we able to table advantage of the garden.

Weathered and Worn is very special and unique. Lovely calm atmosphere. Plenty of space inside and out. We were a group of 4 including our 9 year old who is a picky eater but nothing is too much bother.The sandwiches were huge and fantastic but the cakes are something else! Now we have found you we will be back!! Thank you!

A lovely environment staffed by lovely people. Lots of comfy seating. I saw an impressive range of cakes. My cuppa was very pleasant, and was served in china.

Lovely little cosy cafe.

First time here, friend lives close by so we visited for quick sandwich. Welcoming little place and they had everything set up for safe social distancing. I had a milkshake on a very hot day but unfortunately it wasn't a very cold milkshake, the milk was too warm which was a shame. However, I had the chicken ceaser salad sandwich on white bread. Beautifully made and so fresh. Will definately go back.

Fabulous and quirky shop. Ample parking. Great coffee and delicious cake. Extremely dog (and human) friendly and welcoming to Dennis my French Bulldog.
Very reasonably priced vintage French wares. Looking forward to coming back to explore and buy!
