Excellent service from this company. I ordered a ceramic container and I was immediately informed of the slight delay and f about a week. This wasn’t a problem. I then decided I wanted an additional, matching container and I was kindly advised that they would add this to my original order and save me two lots of postage. I appreciated this greatly. I was continually updated about my order and when the items were 1) in stock 2) in packaging & 3) being dispatched. Parcel force were used and I was given a specific delivery time slot and my items arrived on time. Both items were wrapped and transported very carefully and I’m delighted with my ceramic containers. I had a great experience with Kings & Queens. One of the items I had chosen needed to be ordered from the manufacturer so there was around a week's wait for it to come in. Liz kept me up to date and placed my dispatch as urgent so that I would get my order as quickly as possible as soon as all the items in the order were in stock. The only niggle I have is the experience with Parcelforce, which is out of this company's control. I would, however, suggest they use a different delivery service in future.

Ordered some items at the beginning of July 2020 one of which was out of stock.
I received an email and phone call the next working day to apologise for this and was advised as to the date that they would be available again.
They arrived as advertised with good communication from the dispatch team.
Top customer service and cheapest prices on the internet.
Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

Found a lovely and distinctive gift online here - very competitively priced. Delivery was speedy and well packed. I used a handy link in their confirmation email to track my order. A minor issue with one of my items was resolved seamlessly. Staff could not have been nicer and totally went the extra mile to be helpful. I will shop here again and totally recommend this company.

I ordered two pieces of pottery just before Christmas, which were unfortunately out of stock. Their communication with me, including phoning to fix a delivery date, was superb, and the package duly arrived, beautiful pieces very well packed. Will use them again.

What a brilliant company. Not only did they offer the best price i could find, their customer service team was second to none. I order quite a large quantity of items, so some needed to be ordered in. Dan at K&Qs kept me informed every steps of the way, even helping to make sure these were delivered before i was due to go on holiday.

I had one small issue upon delivery, not caused by K&Qs i should add, and the team resolved this for me within an hour.

A massive thank you to this company. I ordered a special set of Gordon Ramsay knives for Xmas 2020 for my adult son, who by the way is a Gordon Ramsay fan! It’s not often I go out of my way to leave a review but I am so pleased with the service and efficiency I received from the staff. I ordered some very specific glassware that needed extra care for delivery as the stems are easily broken in transit. Not only did they arrive in more than reasonable time....the gentleman I spoke to was polite and very patient considering I’m extremely fussy. I ordered 6 Riedel glasses late evening 29th July. They arrived at 0930 31st July in perfect condition. The communication throughout with K&Q and Parcelforce was first rate. And the price was the best I could find. This was my 2nd experience and each occasion the service has been excellent.
