Spadework

First visit today to Spadework with my lovely Mum for her birthday and we couldn’t have been happier to have made the visit. Superb vegetarian breakfast from The Food Hut, delicious coffee ice-cream from The Farm Shop & a lovely look in The Gift Hut & Garden Centre. Spent a lovely few hours sat in the grounds on a warm sunny day - a superb set-up & very deserving of their numerous Charity Awards 🥰

Wow what a lovely little sanctuary, a lovely garden centre run by lovely people. All friendly service. Had lovely meal in cafe, all fresh food prepared. Garden centre lovely an well stocked. I suffer from my mental health and this place is lovely and calming. Just what I needed. Will definitely be back soon.

I buy all my garden necessities and plants here. Lovely assortment of plants, and not pricey. They also have a fabulous collection of pots. Lovely tea room too. Great charity cause to support.

Cheap, really healthy plants. A great farm shop, gift shop and cafe...oh and the staff are helpful and friendly. What an oasis of tranquility, and beautifully clean and tidy!

So well organised and so welcoming from the volunteers working at the charity.

Lovely garden centre with a great feel to the place, rustic and not like your run of the mill garden centre. Added bonus is that it's a charity so you know your money is going towards a good cause. Cafe was lovely, and service was brilliant. When our dog was making a fuss over another dog the cafe team really went above and beyond and brought out a little treat to try and calm him down. Farm shop full of local produce is a fantastic extra too.

Fabulous selections. Never seen a nursery where every plant is healthy! Lovely varied selection. Staff very helpful and genuinely warm.

Lovely garden centre. They have a cafe which serves a variety of hot and cold food, a gift shop and a farm shop.
The garden centre had a good choice of plants, pots and everything else you need for your garden. We'll worth a visit.

Fantastic venue . Well run and very friendly staff would highly recommend. Have taken a few of my clients there to the Dementia groups as well which are great fun especially the singing. The cafe on site is also worth visiting.

Bank holiday breakfast at this wonderful venue. Amazing staff & breakfast. Nipped into farm shop for some local sausages & wine before leaving.

Spadework is one of the friendliest farm shops I’ve been to. The people who work there are very kind and helpful, and the food is very high quality. They have a great selection of baked-goods, chilled items, fresh fruit and vegetables, and many items for home-cooking. They also have many other food products such as sweets, chocolate, juice, and much more.

Found by accident on a Sunday drive out and what a gem this place is! Cafe, nursery with lots of helpful advice (and great prices), activities for children, and supporting young adults with learning difficulties.. I'll definitely be coming here again for plants and a relaxing browse.

Good selection of bedding plants at a reasonable price. Helpful friendly staff. Did think the farm shop was a bit expensive though.

Have a lovely lunch at Spadework today, Bought a few plants as well. Really is a lovely place and everyone is so friendly. Will definitely go again.

This nursery has the most friendliness people to help you in each department that's the farm shop, gift shop,and the nursery with so many plants to chose from .The food in the restaurant was fantastic lots to choose from and the staff was so helpful in every way. This was our first time their but we are looking forward to going back and letting our friends know about this wonderful nursery. You are all Working so hard . Keep up the good work you certainly deserve every success.

Great little garden centre, good to see young adults with learning disabilities being given the opportunity to work. There is also a very popular little cafe that sells amazing breakfasts.
