Staff are always lovely , friendly welcome from reception and class instructors are fabulous. Steam and sauna are great always extremely hot and they have a cold shower too cool down too. Even in the middle of major refurbishment the gym is still good, be better when complete. Very happy member

My son and daughter are both learning swimming there. Very friendly staffs.

I had an excellent experience, I lost my wallet on Sunday and it was handed in a few hours later untouched. The staff were brilliant especially James on reception he deserves a pay rise 😃👌 thank you all once again.

Place is nice and clean, and the staff is great, the burnley council did an amazing job on maintaining the standard of the place 😊

Excellent parking facilities. Disabled entrance. friendly. Staff are helpful. I am now a member. I have been swimming a few times and even used the sauna and steam room. Treat yourself and take time out. Gym is very clean and tidy. Also. Many other training excercises available with a personal trainer. Give it a try. Also, a lot of money spent upgrading come look at the changes.

Very good facilities, hi end gym and professionally 1-2-1 swimming tutors that my son uses.

Really friendly staff, fantastic facilities. Get a membership and receive free personal training. The personal trainers are professional and supportive. The Up and Active team can really help you shift excess weight for good. Membership even includes Padiham Leisure Centre.

Visited Occupational Therapist for my son. Once past the gatekeeper on reception the team were lovely, patient and understanding with my son. Great team lead by Dr Hannah.

good place to go for the workout at the gym swimming the sauna table tennis 🏓 badminton 🏸 aquarobics airrobics and many more i would recommend 💯 percent i love going swimming to get fit and exercise nice place 😊♥🫶

Loved it, very Clean . The lifeguards were actually lifeguarding, very observant. Not. Chatting and day dreaming like some swimming pools. Would go again. £3 for children under 16.

Great leisure centre, with helpful staff and a wide range of sports, activities & classes, clean & secure changing rooms and nice warm showers.
If parking in the carpark, remember to enter your car reg. no. into the terminal at reception to avoid parking charges.

Never known the reception to be lazy or disinterested, always helpful so the 2 bad views are not my experience. Always someone cleaning around the pool area and sll the other places, gym not full of posers and sted head's and people will advise you if you are a beginner and unsure of the equipment

Excellent Facilities at great prices.

Great place. I come to the Gym here, and swim and sauna/steam It is by far the biggest sauna I have been to. The pool is clean. I like to use the changing rooms, as apposed to the changing village as it is quieter. I feel safe here. The staff are friendly and helpful.
