Main road post office in a great location. Never queued to the door. Friendly efficient staff !

Top notch staff and a great service every time. 2/5 stars average rating is massively unfair, probably due to the fact none of the happy customers think to rate their post office 😂 quality every time for me.

Would visit more often if the opening hours were less restrictive.. and if they opened on time.. always late.

Fairly efficient service but wouldn't say they were friendly. The inside has a lot of sparsely stocked shelves, I couldn't imagine buying anything here.

This was always a very busy post office with a lot of staff and stock. Now you are lucky if you find it open. It says it's open today on the Post Office website but it isn't. How do they get away with just doing what they want without the post office caring. They are preventing someone else from running it efficiently. It's such a long way up a hill to the next post office, I am surprised the post office van hasn't reported them for their part-time hours.

Once used to be a very good post office until it was sold appropriately 7+ mths ago. Now its a sorry mess, they open and close at will with no explanation or warning, they do not follow traditional open and closing hrs, they do not have a lottery terminal anymore, only one of the staff understands English. Avoid at all costs, or be very frustrated.

I currently have no idea when this post office is open or not, to the point I no longer bother driving past to check. With the chaotic temporary traffic lights either side of it near the junction with Aldi and also Harry Potts Way it’s so frustrating to be stuck in traffic then approach it to see the shutters down. It’s no way to run a service.

This post office is never open more than 2 days a week. And over the Christmas and new year period it wasn't open at all!!! It's frustrating for people wishing to pay bills etc. The cash machine was empty for a week following the new year so no access to money. It's getting beyond a joke now. It states this post office is open but I walked past it today and can assure you it's not, the shutters were down

Says your open until 17:30pm. Called at 14:30pm today today to find the shutters down and nothing stating different opening hours. Can go anywhere else as I have a parcel to go back to Amazon and you have the return label!!!!!!!

Opening late, and closing early was pretty common. Now they are closed every Monday and Friday. Sometimes there’s a handwritten note on the shutter but it’s not good enough. Updating the times here would benefit many people and save a wasted journey.

Edit: Looks to be permanently closed now.

Says open Saturday's but it's not open today.
I think they pick random day's to open during the week too. Won't be getting parcels delivered there again because of this 👎

Just wondering is it ever open I have a parcel and today is the last day to get it wouldn't bother if wasn't something for my sons room and not cheap either

Don't know what's going on with this post office but it's been closed for days no notice to say the reason why no answer on the phone either ..

Fix your working times !!!

This place is closed now second day in a row without visible notice.

Supposed to be open today till 6 pm but its closed. Fix your working time so you don't confuse people and waste their time! Also infront is very dirty all the time!
