Has been 7 months since I’ve bought my RS6 from John and even until today he’s happy to help out with any questions or in my case, my lost log book. Very helpful when we bought the car as well as he let us stay in his Air BnB as we traveled from the midlands. Nicest chap I’ve met in Norwich!

Would definitely recommend buying a car from here.Great customer service from the start.Having previously been to another car dealership and was treated awfully and was not given the time of day or taken seriously,I was worried about coming to look at a car we had seen on the internet ,but immediately after arriving, I was put at ease. I was made to feel like nothing was any trouble and all my questions were answered with a kind and courteous manner.Jason went above and beyond to help get the car ready and provided a great service with helping in the extras we wanted doing. 3wks ago bought my gawjuss Chilli! Linda behind the desk at the MOT centre has been an absolute superstar at answering questions before my purchase & after sales care, along with John who has been 100% on hand who dealt with the sale as effortlessly as could possibly be, had to pop back for fuel filter service last week, Jason, Lewis & Gordon in the workshop got it sorted in no time at all, while Linda putting the kettle on so i could have a cheeky brew! They're genuinely a great team for all who are there and have looked after me in the 3wks since I've had her, simply thank you all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought my 430D from BMC in Jan 2022. I was too young to easily insure it until April that year and instead of working out how to get it home, they stored the car for me free of charge. I then came and took delivery in April and the car has worked perfectly since.

I dealt with Emmanuel, his communication was perfect, when I turned up to view the car he was very easy going, not pushy, gave me a quick run down but clearly knew I already knew about what I was looking at. No pressure at all.

I still have the car now and when I do look to sell, I will offer BMC first.

5 star service from the team at Brooke from enquiry point to purchase. We contacted them with an enquiry on possible purchase & organise a viewing. Great set up, you are left to your own devices to look around. We were a bit undecided. So went away to think about it. At no point did we feel pressured.
We returned with a list for Jon, no problem was his answer, we negotiated a very fair trade in & he also got the vehicle ready with our requests, all in a timely fashion. Linda was wonderful with great communication with my husband.
Can’t speak more highly. Very happy customer and went away assured.

I bought a car at this dealer about two weeks ago. The pre-sales service was good and everything was arranged well.

The car was well presented and to date I am very happy with it. This is not a main dealer type premises but there is a good range of cars and everything is on site to maintain them.

So far, all is well

Recently bought a car from here and are really pleased with it. Good value, they valeted it nicely for us and taxed it and made it easy. Good team there. Would go back for MOT. Recommend going there to look at their range of cars.

Outstanding service, great advice regarding my daughters Mercedes A class 180, Gearbox failed after 50,000 miles from new. Jason and his team replaced the gearbox in double quick time and now the car feels better than when it was new. I have no hesitation in recommending Brooke M.O.T Centre for any vehicle repairs needed, I will not go anywhere else, 1st class service and communication throughout.

My husband and I just bought ourselves two cars from here, plus we part exchanged his. We are so happy with the new cars, they’re incredible value for money but also the manager John went above and beyond to make sure they were well serviced and came to us in spot on condition. He even said he could hear a noise and wanted to investigate it before he sent it out to us - I would never have noticed that myself but was enormously grateful. I never write reviews but really felt I should here as finding a trusted garage for second hand cars can be hard. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone

They had the car we wanted so we thought we’d just take a look.
The service we received off john was just excellent.
He has restored our faith in this garage and the Mercedes we purchased has been brilliant

We recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai from Brooke Motors and I have to say from start to finish the experience was exceptional.
From our first contact the team at Brooke Motors are friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel like they really care about what they’re selling you.
The aftercare is just as fantastic to the point where they have just replaced the rear brake pads (despite this not being an MOT fail)
I’d always heard good things but I have to say I’d happily use these guys for all my future cars as they are fantastic

I bought a lovely 20 year old Jaguar XJ 6 back in the autumn last year. Always a bit of a gamble with older luxury cars like this, but she has turned out to be a cracker. Great friendly staff, with no pressure to buy. Will come back when I decide to trade up to a Bentley!

We have bought a car today from Brooke Mot Centre, it was the easiest purchase of a new car at a dealers we have ever had! John even offered us a homemade sausage roll that his wife had cooked earlier that day, (thank you John's wife, they were delicious :) ) the lady on the reception even walked us out to our car when leaving this evening. I discovered that my MOT had run out and needed the test done as soon as possible. Linda couldn't have been more helpful. She fitted the MOT in the same day, even though they were really busy. Excellent service that got me out of a muddle. Thoroughly recommend.

Dealt with John at BMC over the potential purchase of an RCZ. Was super impressed with the customer service, the communication and the help provided. Didn't buy the car in the end, but wouldn't hesitate to use them if the right vehicle came up. Hopefully next time. Many thanks John.

Brought a car from this company for my wife. They were extremely helpful, especially John and made the whole process a delight. The car, a Citroen C3 Picasso, was immaculately presented and my wife is very happy. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
