McDonald's

Honestly the best McDonald's I have ever eaten. Service was prompt and polite, restaurant was clean and tidy. Toilet was also clean. Would definitely eat here again, far better than any other McDonald's I have ever had.

So clean, very helpful staff. Gentleman came out after me to let me know I'd left my daughter's coat on the chair.
Good to see lots of cleaning going on. Restaurant was quite empty at 4.15pm on 10.01.2022 but it was a good time to go.
Delivery drivers and staff are separated from customers.
Restaurant was very organised and even had balloons which my little girl liked.
Toilets were clean, disabled in ladies had baby changing also.

I am not a connoisseur of fast food, as I generally do not like to go to McDonald's because there is no food that would be natural there, butI was very surprised how the service works, I was very much surprised how elderly women treated me who worked with clients, they did everything possible to ensure that clients received all possible help, support and attention. Disinfection was constantly taking place. Where to get up and where you can get your order I was also surprised How quickly we were served because I specially ordered several types of hamburgers in order to see how quickly it will be done we were served within 5-7 minutes it was great because I was really hungry We were going about business all day and decided to go to this McDonald's restaurant so Magdonal's I bet five if I could put 10 Because for me in general it matters a lot How the service works and how people work in this restaurant with clients it costs me a lot also noticed that young guys constantly came and constantly there were people who took the orderThis means that you can also order food. If you do not want to leave the house, there are also places near this building where you can drive up by car and pick up your order. you see what exactly you want to pay with a card That is, you do not need anywhere to stand in line and you will be given a check by which you can receive what you ordered because all this is done in a computer and all this is done so that people do not wait and people did not have more questions at the checkout, so it is very convenient, it is very fast, so thanks to the administration and thanks to those people, especially those women who stood at the entrance and constantly communicated constantly smiled and were very friendly customers, I was very pleased.
and I was also very amused by the little toy, I will give it to my brother, we named it Tobby!!!

we did wait an hour and a half on what will now be known as macciesgate but honestly i feel mean saying anything because these workers looked ready to give up and it's not like they weren't being yelled at all night. hope youse have the best nights sleep after that x

Ordered off just eat waited 2 hours had to go up to the restaurant and collect my self it's not mc donalds fault at all they were very helpful and defo recommend but won't be using just eat again they should not be takin orders if they have no drivers thank you boundary road mc donalds very helpful jon was the manager very helpful guy x

We had a Banana Milk Shake and a Mc Flurry. The prices are cheaper than in the United States. THE SHAKE was creamier and not as sweet compared to the USA. Fun busy McDonald's.

Tonight I had the perfect mc chicken sandwich. Wish I'd taken a photo. Thank you all involved.

One of the better McDonald's round Narrrichh in my opinion, I usually only stop for deals. Stopped for a qwik bite, in a collection bay, after ordering on the app last week. Poor girl came out on the rain, was putting on a happy face bless her, I apologised then enjoyed my nice hot burger whilst driving to my next delivery....

A very nice place to have a meal as individual or as family

Usually pretty good. Had just warm fries the other day and that let them down. Their fresh hot ones are second to none but not when they have been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. No milk shakes at night either. Must do better.

Thanks to the young lady who sorted out my order receipt printing issue today.

I haven't had a McDonalds burger for 3 years, just as good as always. I little disappointed that they don't have ice cream in a cornet, bad move. It will keep me away when I need a quick pick me up.

Megan the manager on boundary Road Norwich was very helpful ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ on a Sunday evening I put in a special request for a meal to be cooked from fresh due to an illness that requires food to be cooked fresh from the grill and she went above any beyond to accommodate my request.
I really thought they would not be as helpful as they were but I was very impressed with the duty of care and service received
Megan is a great manager and I wish her all the very best in her career as she definitely knows what she’s doing and is a great at what she does.

Usual McDonald's, nice hot food and well packed

Very friendly staff, which were welcome, as you couldn’t have messed up maple syrup pancakes for a breakfast any more than the service team did!?!?!?
No syrup.
No cutlery.
Luckily the box had the pancakes in to view at least.
All other ordered items were fine, and as above, the floor staff were very helpful when sorting this out.
Can’t argue with this franchise, convenient location and nice n clean.

We had a great experience tonight at this store! Daniel, who was on the window, is a massive asset to the team and was absolutely brilliant. We didn’t feel rushed or dismissed and he was very attentive.
Delivery orders via this store are normally great, sometimes they do forget the dips.

Good service and nice food
