Lovely spacious M&S great offer on the meal deal and a wonderful festive selection based on the seasons. The fresh fruit and veg tastes amazing and always tastes top quality fresh and frozen food meals are really tasty. The chocolate and biscuits are the best and I highly recommend the chocolate chunk cookies as they taste delicious warmed up in the microwave. The bakery is always full and has many different savoury and sweet options, the croissants are a must!! The clothing are pricey but fashionable and the gift selection is good for both young and old. Staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming to this M&S. The cafe is located on ground floor and their are lifts available on all floors, this store is spacious and wheelchair friendly :)

Fantastic quality of products. Can't beat marks and Spencer foods. I can see a real turn around in the ladies fashion too... Best it's been in the last decade!! Absolute shame stores are disappearing off our high street

Wonderfully friendly and kind staff in the cafe, the food hall and across the whole store. I travel the country and today I was so happy to be in Norwich because of these darling M&S staff.

Wonderful lady called Alison in lingerie fitting went above and beyond for a support worker and her autistic client. Thank you so much for your excellent service and understanding.

Just a huge thank you to Fran and Rikki for looking after my Wife who suffered a horrible fall just outside M & S Norwich. They, along with another young lady looked after Sandra until I was able to attend and take her to the A & E at the NNUH. Sandra is on the mend and almost all the bruising has gone. Thank you again for your quick actions and support. It meant more than you know. The Incident was on 22nd Jan 2024. X

Amy-Bella, wow! I've had the best shopping experience in my life with her, I've been given the most extensive advice on an arrav of suits.
I'm now walking out of store with such a great selection of smart wear. I can mix and match several suits all through the winter now! What an incredible lady, thank you so much.

Marks and Spencer, doing what M&S does, polite and well trained staff even at the busiest time of year. A lot of sales floor space, nice café. Nice skinny trousers and snoozing punters if you're lucky.

The lady in the bra fitting service at Norwich was absolutely fantastic helping my Mother yesterday 21st Nov. They where very busy but she gave us all the time we needed. Thank you

Marks and Spencer Norwich have a wonderful food section. Plenty of fresh meals and some frozen foods.fresh bread daily. A large womens department on the first floor and a mens department and children's department on the second floor,
3rd floor is furniture and bedding. They are very good at exchanging goods or refunds. Make the most of this wonderful shop. Lots of shops have, or are closing . Don't let this happen to our Marks and Spencer.

I can advise I can not advise people who are used to eating good food, this is exactly the store that can provide high-quality and very professionally prepared food for both nutritionists and people who like fish meat because there is a very large selection of what you could afford I would not say that this store is expensive many people whom I know They say that this store is expensive is really nothing expensive there, I basically compared the prices of other stores and I will say So the prices are basically one different, but the quality of this store is very high even the fruits that you eat. They are completely different from the fruits that we eat in the same Azalea Baltiysk, they didn’t even stand next to this store, therefore people who are responsible for the quality of this enterprise, I think they are worthy high marks, because the quality of products of fish meat quality is at a high level and the staff who work in this store are also at a high level, Regardless of whether he is old or young, butnot in every store you will find such a good-natured staff who smiles no matter what state or mood the customer is in, so many thanks to the administrator and the staff who are responsible for this institution of success. Quality foods , nice bakery selections.

The Food Hall is Excellent.
Good all the time, but if you want to browse, best visited outside lunchtime, when it is heaving with people buying lunch and at school closing time, when it gets in the youngsters looking for snacks for their journey home.

Went to Norwich Rampant Horse street for some new place settings (and some excellent food shopping). All the staff great as usual but the two young gentlemen in the Home department on 26/07/22 were especially helpful and supportive as we selected our crocs. They made the process very pleasant and ensured we got our heads around the car collection system, excellent experience and the plates and dishes are brilliant.

Very polite, incredibly helpful and friendly staff both in clothing departments and in homewares. They wrap fragile items up for you and fold garments neatly and put them in your bag. I recently went to find a particular item of clothing that was in sale and through app I could check if in stock in this store.

I just wanted to pass the details of a staff member who went above and beyond today to help me.

Today in the food hall a lady called Lyn saved the day when my toddler was really unwell being sick. She swiftly fetched paper roll, wipes and a bag, then even managed to open a side room in order for me to change my daughter into clean clothes.

From what is a parents nightmare normally Lyn made this much less stressful.

I venture to m&s everyday and I have to say it is wonderful. You can buy the best of quality there meaning it’s never let me down. One day when Christmas was nearing I had run out of roast potatoes, I had searched every shop to find them but then I remembered my beloved Marks and Spencer’s. They managed to save my Christmas Day and I’m sure they’ll be able to save yours one day as well.

Forgot to mention the Percy the pig merch. It’s so adorbs!! I have Percy the pig quilt and shower covers and I’m very satisfied with them.
