I usually service my own bikes but this particular bike had hyd. disc brakes which I'm not super familiar with so gave it to Andy to service plus some extra bits. What a fantastic job he did and to a high quality standard. Charged a very reasonable overall cost unlike some other bike shops! Will definitely take future repairs to AP Cycles.

Andy deserves 5 stars. Had a pretty poor experience with Bicycle Links who charged up to £200 for new parts/service/time for them to leave with me a bike with very faulty shifting. After going back in to BL, without testing drivetrain or putting in the stand, they immediately said i needed to spend further money for new parts after already spending £200.

I saw Andy post on FB about second opinions so decided to take him up on it. I asked for a 2nd opinion and explained my frustration with the state of the bike. He was very understanding and helped clear the issue in 30 minutes. Andy is very professional and knowledgeable across the industry. Lots of people on my club rides highly rate Andy and now I understand why. Andy will have all of my household business going forward. Thanks Andy.

Andy did a great job of fixing my bike. One of the things Andy did was to fix a new mudguard. I had struggled to fit it because of a stripped screw head on the old mudguard and a missing seat stay bridge bracket with the new mudguard. This was no problem for Andy.
I also found him very responsive when messaging him from my phone.

Amazing service! Fixed my brakes when noone else could and even my kick stand and mud guards as an extra. Very fast and knowledgeable service. Will ALWAYS be back for my bike needs now I've found this place. Thank you so much Andy!

Andy is a top bike mechanic. He knows what he's doing, takes pride in his work and is really trustworthy. He sorted out my bike again last week for a really reasonable price. Best in Norwich in my experience. Highly recommended.

Really accommodating when there was a problem with my daughter’s bike and then promptly assembled a new bike as well. Very knowledgeable, helpful and cost effective. Clearly a really busy bloke but still managed to find time to help out. Will definitely use Andy going forward. Thanks very much!

Andy is a top guy. Despite being Uber busy found time to sort out my broken topcap and get me back on the road.

Where do I start. Andy is always busy. That’s because he is awesome at what he does. Always best to get in touch before turning up as he can be booking weeks in advance, however always somehow sneaks in the real emergency jobs.

Called in to AP cycles today as pedal on my bike came off when working at a school delivering cycle training. Had to get to another school for an afternoon course and looking extremely likely that I would have to cancel. Tried Halfords and then Pedal revolution, both extremely unhelpful and didn’t really want to help. Found A P cycles on line and Andy was brilliant. Fixed the problem in 5 minutes and I was on my way. Didn’t even charge me as it was such a quick but essential job for me. Would highly recommend

Great experience. Took in a bike that was second hand and had a few things wrong that I knew about (and as it turns out, a few I didn't). Despite being really busy, Andy managed to fix all the issues. It now rides like a different bike, amazing work! Many thanks Andy.

Andy is GREAT. Really takes cares of the bikes. He is very knowledgable and friendly. He uses high quality parts and tries to always do the best deal he can on parts etc.. He managed to do a last minute fix on my bike in time for a weekend away needing it.

Repaired my flat tyre and gave it a little service, whilst being very busy before Xmas. Bike is now brilliant to use!
