Pedal Revolution

I have now bought 3 bikes from Pedal Rev and my wife, one. The help they have given me is simply fantastic. They never seem too busy to offer advice and are always so welcoming when I pop into the store. I have recommended them to loads of my friends. To all the world that will listen, I trailed the internet for a company that would provide a service.
I got hold of Matt and he was excellent and he discussed over 10 emails,( sorry to drill you) but all questions were answered I ordered the bike and unfortunately due to injury was unable to collect until 5 weeks later.
I traveled over 200 miles due to my experience to collect the bike and the experience with the team was amazing and thank you all.

Matt answered all my queries before buying and shipped the bike out promptly and it arrived in perfect condition. I was sent a video of my bike being setup (By the workshop team) with instructions what to do when I received it.

Very happy with my bike, but even more happy with the excellent service, setting it up perfectly. The first time anyone has done this, and my position feels much better. Revelation! If I'd bought online I'd have kept my old ineffective settings, and not got the full benefits. Bikes needs to be bought from proper bike shops with experienced staff. Highly recommended.

Just purchased a new road bike from Pedal Revolution, Norwich and genuinely have not come across a better bike shop in the UK.

The team are incredibly helpful and so friendly. The mechanics are really top quality and have sorted so many issues for me over the years without a problem.

Amazing service from Matt and his team. I collected my new Trek this afternoon and as an apology for me having to wait for a few months, not even their fault, I was offered a very generous amount to spend in the shop.
It was great to feel like a valued customer, something that is lacking in many service industries of late. I will most definitely be recommending the shop, and especially Matt to friends and the various groups I ride with

They utilised the usable store area very well, easy to find what you're looking for, wide range of products. I personally would like to see some more electric bikes.

What a fantastic bike shop! Matt was trying to shoot a video when we visited and was ‘officially closed’ but he let us look around and took the time to advise us on shoes and helmets. I was visiting from Portugal where I cannot find a helmet to fit my big head but Pedal Revolution have a great range and I bought a Lazer which is perfect for me. Matt even gave a discount on my first visit, thanks again!

A joy to purchase from. They took my money and delivered a bicycle (and didn't tell my wife how much!).
I jest a little because they were so good.

The entire experience was fantastic. From answering all my questions, to providing me with a video tour of the bike, to talking to me on the phone about accessories and fitting them, everything was what you would expect from a cycle shop.

Excellent service. What more can I say? Rooted around for 10 mins to find a strap for my Bontrager light and when they finally came up with one didn’t charge me.

Matt and the team effortlessly changed my gearing and wheels to suit my riding and Matt took me through a proper bike fit (wearing the lazer tags for the rest of the day😁) which after years of riding, I wish I had done before. I have spent days in the past tweeking my bike for the right set up, one fitting session with Matt and I was out on the road for a 30 without wanting to change a thing. Thank you PR team and Matt for very nice experience.

I recently purchased a J Guillem Orient bike from Pedal Revolution, and I was simply one of the most indecisive customers they have possibly done business with! I changed my mind about the the bike once or twice, and then went around in circles debating wheel and tyre options. However, Matt and the team, were incredibly patient and understanding, and helped me get to what I wanted, with a number of changes such as cassette and stem length at no extra cost. Nothing was too much trouble, and I particularly appreciated Matt taking me out on a 7 mile ride and letting me test his very own Orient bike before purchase. Great service! Thanks again.

Did I need another bike? Yes! Decided to venture off-road. I purchased a gravel bike to take the path less traveled. A whole new world of cycling. Woods, trails, mud and the views. Thank you for advice and help.

So pleased with my shoe fit. Kate has excellent knowledge. After an accident years ago left me with my feet having size discrepancies. Getting cleats in the correct position is paramount.

Excellent service and experience. I bought my previous Trek E-Bike during lockdown online so felt confident buying my wife’s new E-Bike online. PR made the task so easy. Within days of ordering the bike turned up, extremely well packaged. The exact size, colour and model my wife wanted, and with a saving of several hundred pounds. Would definitely use PR again
