Halfords - Norwich

Went in to investigate getting a battery fitted. Not only were they over £50 cheaper than anyone else, they did it there and then! And by joining their Premium Motoring Club I got the fitting free, money off the battery and free MOT. The service was superb, big thank you to Luke.

I was very impressed with John the mechanic who fitted my front and rear camera in my car.
He had done a very good job, with hiding the wiring around the vehicle, and a very clean worker.

After my bike was stolen i went to Halfords to figure out some kind of replacement as fast as i could since i rely on cycling to get to and from work. Halfords were very quick on assembling the bike i had chosen, they were very open on various deals and discounts i could apply on my purchase, and the rep i spoke to Preston was very friendly, understanding, and honest about what my next steps would be. 5/5

13.06.2022 Came to get my daughter a helmet for her scooter. First time I've bought one and couldn't fit it on properly. We went upstairs to the bike area and the sales assistant was very helpful, tried the helmet on, made sure it was a good it and not wobbly, asked my daughter to hit is had with her head. Service was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend as so much choice and not too long a wait.

I picked up my bike from the Barker Street, Norwich branch and was assisted by Jen who was really helpful. She went through all the paper work, and then finished setting the bike up for me. Well organised, polite and very approachable, she made the whole transaction incredibly smooth. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this store 10/10 :)

Fantastic service at Halfords. I went in to get a break lightbulb fitted. Everything was so easy and the staff organised it all , from explaining what I needed to do, how many cars were ahead of me and that they would collect the bulb I needed. The fitter was helpful and courteous and even mentioned a couple of things I ought to be aware of for when I get my car mot’d. Great service and will use them again.

Absolutely brilliant service from Norwich Halfords. Bought a new headunit dash cam and reverse cam all to be fitted. The manager was so helpful booking it all in making sure everything was correct. John the fitter did a brilliant job called when it was done and showed us how to use it! John has done fitting 3 times for us now he’s an asset to Halfords thank you

Visited Halfords to have my car windscreen wipers replaced. The staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. They also gave my car a free ten point check up which included checking all the fluid levels, tyres and batteries! They inflated my tyres to the correct levels and topped up my windscreen wash.
Really impressed with this service, really helpful without being patronising which is a refreshing change from some garage attitudes to women.
I will definitely return again.

The repairers Josh and Jennifer were brill the bike looked great. Jimmy on the till was really helpful and friendly. Jennifer went the extra mile and carried the bike to my car. Great service, great staff

Went in for new wipers and washer fluid for the car, tablet set up to search for wipers, oil, bulbs etc very easy to use just enter registration number. The staff at the payment desk were very friendly, overall a good experience.

Staff are allways helpful nice and polite. Thier product knowledge is extremely good, in fact I enjoy going in Norwich Halfords because it's always a pleasure to shop there.

Brilliant! We were a little confused about an additional car seat for trips out with grandad. The store manager came over and pointed us in the direction of their own model which was perfect, easy to fit and very reasonable.whilst rest assured conforming to safety standards. Really pleased with the service at Norwich Halfords. A very pleasant chap fixed a headlight bulb for me which wasn’t broken, just out of line and then did the 10 point check for me before I set off on a long journey. Nothing to pay as I am a member of Halfords Motoring Club, excellent.

Replaced a bike lock that I bought 5 years ago with a lifetime guarantee. I was shocked, normally these guarantees are quibbled, but these guys straight up swapped it after confirming it was broken. Thank you.
