I was bikepacking Norfolk when a broken spoke on my rear wheel brought my trip to a stop. Matt at Bicycle Links was wonderful, despite being very busy he fixed my wheel so I could continue my journey. I would recommend their pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Well worth a visit.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, they gave me professional suggestions and let me try on the bike! My partner had his bike chain changed at here too. Highly recommended to buy new or second hand bike or repair your bike. :)

Thought I'd get my bike serviced before a 6 day bikepacking trip. Even though they were busy bicycle links booked it in and worked on it when they could, keeping me informed on the progress. Did a fantastic job, the staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and are obviously passionate about getting people on two wheels!!

During my bicycle tour through Norfolk I had a problem with my saddle (a broken bolt). The bolt size turned out to be quite uncommon but the nice people at Bicycle Links managed to fix it quickly and properly, for a very friendly price. Thanks!

I am visiting Norwich for a few days, and needed to replace a broken rear view mirror. The helpful staff not only sold such mirrors, but they fitted it for me there and then. Such small acts of kindness have left a very favourable impression of Norfolk's Cathedral City. Thank you.

Just wanted to express my gratitude to Cycle Links (Specifically George).
I went in a few weeks ago with this frame and a few spare parts. George was incredibly helpful and clear with what we could do and achieve with the bike and the results speak for themselves in the photo. Couldn't be happier!

You can’t beat this place for quality, excellence and knowledge. From the moment I walked in Tim was a fantastic fountain of knowledge and eager to help.

I was enrolling on the 4 week “ Push Ahead” scheme where you loan a bike out with all the lights/pump etc and if you are happy with it you can buy either that bike for a reduced amount a new bike or previously owned bike .

The thing that really struck me was how eager Tim was to please with every question I asked irrelevant how silly it must have sounded coming from someone who hadn’t been on a bike for over 30 years however any question I asked Tim ( no matter how silly it may have seemed to me example of the answer on my bike) An example of one of my questions was be pumping up a bike tyre. Who knows the correct PSI of a bike tyre and which type of bike pump to use. Last time I rode a bike one pump fit all and bike tyres didn’t have PSI .

Another great side to this shop is the fantastic coffee shop at the front . It brings the shop into another league of its own and is a fantastic meeting place whilst getting your bike serviced or just for meeting up. There is a car park there however it can only get 2/3 cars in but if you time your visits correct or are on your bike that shouldn’t matter.

Bicycle Links is a fantastic shop which I will be going in quiet a few times to make more purchases in the future and I have no hesitation recommending this shop to family and friends.

I would just quickly like to add to this review. Tim put the bike in the back of my car but after an hour of trying I was unable to get it out without doing permanent damage to the bike which I didn’t want to do . So I went back to the shop and Tim was able to show me a way of taking the handle bars off and then putting it back in my car and out the opposite end. Again Tim took this in his own stride and was more concerned that I was going to find cycling stressful instead off chilled out and enjoyable as it’s meant to be.
Thank you Tim for making my first day an experience I won’t forget but for a long time. A stress free and enjoyable experience , not that stressed and angry feeling

Rented bike from shop for a week, were very helpful in finding the right bicycle. Provided map to get to trail from shop. Nice store, helpful staff.

Wonderful staff with great knowledge and customer service. I came in to buy a bike and Lorraine was a big help, giving me lots of useful advice, making adjustments and helping to fix a water bottle and bike lock to the frame after I bought them. I've since gone back for pannier bags and other accessories; wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place.

Super friendly team, and extremely knowledgeable. I left a recently purchased secondhand bike with them this morning, they managed to look at it in a couple of hours and tell me what to fix and what not to worry about.

I love this bicycle shop and always take my bikes here. These are bicycle people and what they don't know about bikes will not be worth knowing! The staff are friendly and efficient as well as knowledgeable. Whenever I have bought my bikes in they are quick to diagnose, find a solution and are upfront with costs....they always check with you before they start work. I find their prices at least comparable if not better and they will get you moving as quickly as possible. Having said that they are so good that they do have a lot of poorly bikes to see to so they will also give you a time frame but these are generally quite conservative so they tend to over-deliver on it 😉 👍. I have been taking my family bikes there for a few years now and have one in the workshop as we speak having a new seat, chain and allsorts done!

Wish I could rate this place even higher. Went as a complete cycling novice with no idea what I was doing, on a very limited budget. The staff were so helpful and patient, letting me try as many bikes as I wanted. They never tried to upsell me or do any of the usual uncomfortable salesperson stuff. They really did just help me find exactly the right bike for me, the lady I spoke to took the time to explain all the parts and differences between the bikes. They even let me take some spare accessories for free, only mentioning a small (optional) donation in return which I'd say was more than fair. I absolutely love my new bike and would 100% recommend this place to anyone considering it.

Great service. I got a same-day, good quality repair from a friendly guy who knew what he was talking about. Obviously, I was only served by the one person, but he was very helpful and, crucially, wasn't just there to take my money. When the repair I needed done was a bit more complicated than we'd anticipated, and there were extra costs involved, he was very reasonable in the price he gave me. I also bought a lock from them, and he openly stated that my choice (from the lower end of the price range) was a much better option than the more expensive models they had on show, which he candidly told me weren't good enough quality to warrant their price tag. A very human, personal service.
I had spent a good while looking at the reviews for the other bike shops in Norwich beforehand, and they all had some very good and some very bad reviews. I chose this one based on a personal recommendation - I am very glad that I did, and I think I may have found the people I wish to give my regular custom in future.
If you're looking to buy a bike, I didn't look at any of the models they had, or their prices, but they seemed to have a moderately large selection (not huge, but certainly not small), as well as a wall devoted to bike accessories - again, with a moderately large selection.

Excellent service! I don't normally write reviews but had to in this case. I've been to a lot of the different bike shops in Norwich and am always left wanting, they always seem to have long wait times. From the moment I stepped in the door at Bicycle links I was made to feel welcome. I came in for a service and was clearly told when my bike would be ready and what time they were open till that day. Very friendly and would highly recommend.

We have now rented four bikes on three separate occasions from Bicycle Links. They have always been friendly and helpful. The bikes, though simple, were all in excellent working condition and they made sure we had everything we needed and making adjustments so we were comfortable on the bikes. We'll definitely return whenever we have visitors or need our own bikes serviced.
