Without doubt the best bike shop in Norwich. Customer service is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They don’t try and sell you things, just great advice is given. I wanted some new fittings for my mtb and the new parts have made the bike handling so much better. All work was done quickly and the bike now looks amazing. Really happy with the advice, time and effort Scott put into making my bike awesome. Def my go to bike shop from now on.

Was recently introduced to Scott at Pedal Addiction at a race event where he was offering in race servicing to all competitors. Very nice chap and very knowledgeable. So when I needed some work done on my bike recently I contacted him again. His knowledge again was first class, unbiased and honest. I sourced the parts through him at very competitive prices and he fitted them for me. Not only was the service quick and good the information given turned out to be spot on and the upgraded bike is performing amazingly. Would recommend Pedal Addiction to anyone.

Scott at Pedal Addiction is a great and knowledgeable guy. I'm currently doing a custom build and he can get in everything I wanted for the build at unbeatable prices. . He has great stock and knows everything there is to know when it comes to mechanics. Top lad.

Visited Pedal Addiction with a question about my old jump bike and a problem I had with my forks, Scott was a fountain of knowledge and helped me out. Very cool shop, helpful and if you need your bike fixed or want to treat yourself to a new whip, then this is the place to go.

Scott at Pedal Addiction is running an amazing local bike shop. He knows all the trails I ride and hope to ride one day so can always rely on his recommendation, especially as he wouldn't sell anything he wouldn't ride. Always a good selection in stock.

Hi all! Popped in to see the shop today as had found on Instagram. Met Scott, great guy and utterly genuine. Had some questions about my 26" Focus mtb as most big shops in the city had bad mouthed upgrading it due to lack of products. I was assured otherwise by Scott and have started off with some new HT pedals, platform and spd compatible. Also he made some slight adjustments to my saddle straight away! Love the pedals and the change mate, thanks so much! Will be along soon to make some more upgrades, thanks buddy, can't recommend your shop enough! George

Very friendly atmosphere, great shop layout and easy find! Mr.Cordy's passion definitely sits on 2 wheels, he couldn't have been quicker to help me with my problem even after other bike shops had told me they couldn't do anything for me. I wish I hadn't hesitated to go there straight away.

Scott is well versed in all things mtb. He stocks an incredible amount of parts and accessories. Its good to have such great shop in Norwich.

Great owner run shop and mechanic, will go the extra mile to help and advise, has built/serviced all my rides, Road, TT to XC and Enduro. Scott is an expert at internally routing cables and loves doing them, so make sure you ask him to do yours!

Best shop in Norwich for anything MTB related and Scott is always willing to help and has saved me a few times with last minute bike parts before holidays! Highly recommended!
