Group 1 Assured Norwich Central

We purchased our car 3 months ago, Conor was brilliantly patient with us, we originally saw a car that was from another branch so he arranged for it to be brought down to Norwich Central, when we looked around it, it wasn't really quite what we wanted, but we did notice another car that was on the forecourt which we hadn't noticed before, we asked to take a look and go for a test drive. We loved it, so we purchased it. Unfortunately after a couple of days of picking the car up (through no fault of the garage) - there was an issue with the car we rang Conor and Kevin who were so helpful and reassuring that they would get things sorted for us, they arranged for the car to be recovered and the issue dealt with by their workshop who were very knowledgeable - they kept us informed as soon as there was any updates and when we picked the car up again it felt even better than before. Even to this day when we have had questions they have both been very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We can't thank them enough and when it is time to change car we will definitely be going back to them.

I have just bought myself a car from Conor. He was a very polite young gentleman who made the experience of buying a car one that I felt I completely trusted his knowledge and expertise. The company staff were all very approachable and I totally felt I had bought myself a good quality car from a place I had trust in. Plus got a good warranty. So happy with my 5 star service. Dealt with these guys twice so far at two different locations. Both times with a great sales service. This time in particular at Barker Street, I bought an Audi A5 coupe and have to say even more impressed. Dealt with Conor who is a great non-pushy sales guy, he could sell sand to the Arabs without trying. Yes, I will consider buying again from Group A1!

I had a great experience with this company. I had the pleasure of dealing with Conor from start to finish, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and a shining example of how customer service should look. There were a few small items that needed repairing on my car before sale and he was extremely communicative, letting me know once things had been sorted. Even though I needed to collect my car at the very end of the day, he never once made me feel rushed and was thorough in his explanations.

Bought a Audi Q5 here and Conor could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt like I was being pushed to buy, something I have experienced from other dealers in the area. The car itself was actually nicer than shown in the photos online as Conor had gone to the trouble of having the whole car expertly polished and the wheels resprayed without me asking and for no additional charge. All in all I cannot recommend this garage enough and will be back when I need to buy my next vehicle. Steph.

Exceptional 5* service from everyone at Group1, would like to give a special mention to Conor, who dealt with me throughout my time within looking and purchasing the car. He was in touch with me every day and those days he was off, he ensured that another member of staff within the branch was in touch with me for any issues or questions I had. He was always very upbeat and was not pushy or forceful in any was trying to get me to purchase the car he ensured I had enough time to think about it and always found out information that I requested from him. I had a very short time frame of purchasing the car as I collected this from Newcastle which was over 4 hours away but we had issues on the way down to collect the car. He was happy to stay behind at work and wait for me although he was not being paid and he waited until I arrived, he again didn't rush me to get out the door and spent time going through the car with me ensuring I felt comfortable with the car before driving back home. He is still in touch days after purchasing the car checking in and ensuring I am still happy with the car and just general checking in which was nice as not many companies will check in on you after you've made the purchase.
I would 100% recommend this company especially going through conor, he seems a huge asset to the team and would happily purchase a car from him again in the future.

Can’t rate Advantage Cars enough! Kevin was amazing from start to finish, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. After a bad experience with another car dealer, I was recommended Advantage Cars by my local Mercedes Benz dealer and I haven’t been disappointed! Communication was fast and excellent, the car was ready for the date I requested and it was spotless inside and out. The car even came with half a tank of petrol which was a nice touch. I cannot recommend Advantage cars highly enough, they have given me some of the best customer service I have ever received. Kevin went out of his way to help me and Adam also backed this up with excellent customer service. From the minute I walked in there was no pressure to buy, all my questions were answered professionally and once I had decided on which car I wanted the sales process was very easy.

My wife & I were very impressed by all the staff and how they were always helpful & patience with all our questions. Especially Conor who dealt with us from the start, He was very informative and polite. Always on the end of the phone to answer any silly question we had. The bumper had scratches on back which they also resprayed as part of the sale which was done very well.
