Great company, reliable and friendly. After viewing a car I liked, some things needed changing/repairing. They did not hesitate to sort and change them things before selling me the car. When picking the car up, I was greeted by Daniel who talked me through things and reassured me if there were any problems to give them a call and they can sort it. A genuine company that wants to sell you good reliable cars. Would 100% recommend getting a car here

Went in to purchase a new car and the service was brilliant. Easy 5 stars for these guys as they were more than happy to help, made me and my family feel more than welcome in their shop and all questions answered with a smile. The service I received from Swans motor group was EXCELLENT not only did they sell me a lovely car they done EVERYTHING the car needed mot, cam belt, water pump and LOTS more. Charlie was great.No pushy sales , honest and found me cheaper finance.
Would I buy another car from them? ..... HELL YEA I would in a heart beat. If you need a car go to these guys they will sort a car which you can trust, from a team you can trust.

From my very first contact with Archie at Swans asking for boot measurements (a reply and measurements within 30 mins) I’ve been very impressed. Archie made me an appointment to test drive a Nissan Qashqai , after driving I decided to buy it. I got very fair trade in price for my car and we did a deal. Archie at my request arranged for some paint work to be done , I felt very confident in him he was always attentive and professional , there was no ‘ sales’ pitch just genuine straight answers and great service , the car was ready a day before I expected. I informed him that the rear washer wasn’t working and a couple of days after I had a phone call from Steve the work shop manager to take it in to be looked at , it needed a new pump which was ordered and fitted the job was done on the same day within two hours. Overall I’ve been very impressed with Swans and would not hesitate to recommend them . Thanks Archie for your help .

I recently bought a smart car forfour from swans motor group. I was very nervous as I have never bought a car by myself before and was trading in my first car. The team couldn’t have been more helpful, they answered all my questions in a timely manner before I picked the car up, even though they were extremely busy they didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them and were happy to help! The car is in great condition and I am very pleased with it! After I picked my car up I noticed I hadn’t got some paper work (completely my fault, they had given me all compulsory paperwork I just wanted a few bits to keep my mind at ease and forgot to ask) so I ended up having to phone them back quite a few times, and they were still happy to help even over the busy Easter weekend and sent me all documents I had asked for straight away! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Had a few issue with the car we bought but they helped out lots to sort it.

I bought a fantastic Kia Picanto from this motor group and cannot fault the car or the salesman.
The car is in pristine condition and try as I might, I cannot find fault with it.
The buying of the car was a pleasure, there was no pressure or urgency from sales people.
Documents and checks relating to the car were all in order and delivery was quick and efficient.
Follow up courtesy calls were recieved on more than one occasion from the company, a polite call enquiring how I was settling in with my new car and if I had any questions after driving the car for a period of time. Highly recommended!
