Bought a car for Walters on the 2nd Jan from Louis, great service from the moment of calling up to book an appointment all the way to buying the car. Very easy sales process and Louis took the time to ensure all my questions were answered. The car (although not collected yet) was immaculate on the day of test driving and matched the pictures on their website perfectly. Can’t wait to take ownership get behind the wheel of my new pride and joy. No hesitation in recommending this dealership.

We saw a really nice Volvo and decided to p/ex our 2 cars and have only the one. Unfortunately I hit a deer which meant one of the cars became a total loss. Louis and Walters showed great forbearance and patience as the process of getting my car assessed took far longer than it should have. We were concerned that Louis and Walters would call it aday and put the Volvo back on the market. Thankfully they stuck with us whilst it was sorted and we are now the happy owners of the Volvo.

Perfect experience with Ross from start to finish.
I visited and test drove the car on separate occasions and both times Ross booked me in very quickly, answered every question I had and made sure the process was quick and easy (he had very extensive knowledge of every car). The car had a fresh MOT (something Walters offers for every vehicle) and recent service. They also have an extensive preparation procedure, which led to my vehicle having 2 new tyres, a new battery and an air con gas change, so I felt very comfortable knowing the car I was buying was in the best condition it could be! They also offer a very extensive warranty and breakdown package.

I purchased a Seat Ibiza and I have been very happy with my purchase. The car almost feels new, and is incredibly clean.

I will definitely be recommending Walters and Ross’ service to my friends and family, with their incredible selection of cars and very friendly and chatty customer service it has been a very enjoyable experience, the best one I’ve had from a dealer/garage!

What an absolute pleasure our experience with Walters Motors has been and especially our sales rep Jack Church.

We had been looking for a car for a while and by chance we had seen a Suzuki Celerio we liked the look of on their website. We called on site on a Saturday morning without an appointment and despite them being busy we were dealt with very professionally by Jack Church with nothing to much trouble for him. He ran through everything with us prior to a test drive and on arrival back to the garage we set to work on buying the car. Jack kept us up to date with how things were going with the car - he had already informed us it would be 3 to 4 weeks prep time! The car as promised was fully serviced and had a full Mot carried out. The Suzuki was valeted inside and out and has the feel of a new car.

Very fast at responding to any questions I had about buying my Fiat 500. Due to the current restrictions I wasn't able to go and view the car in person, however, Jay got a video to me on the same day that I called showing all of the exterior and interior features. It was overall a very easy process and the car was ready earlier than I expected which was a bonus as well!

I have no hesitation in recommending Walters Motor Group in Loddon. Damon Gill and his team were highly helpful, knowledgeable, and the service I received - along with the car itself, of course - was first class.

Recently I was looking for a car and had been doing the rounds of dealers - you know the story...check the websites, contact them and either get no response/ignored or they say to come see the car and by the time you get there they have sold it but didn't think to text you so you didn't waste time travelling to see a car they no longer have. Pretty frustrating to say the least!

Then I stumbled across the Walters website, see all the good reviews and conveniently I see a car that suited my needs so I book in an appointment to view it...and this time it's a totally different story. I get contacted by Louis to discuss the car and to confirm I will be keeping the appointment - perfect! I show up the car is ready to view and to go on a test drive - already the journey is worth it. Take the car for a quick spin, all is good so I make the deal - Louis was really helpful and made the whole process super simple. No pushy nonsense, just friendly and direct. Advised it will be a few weeks while the car is prepped, Mot'd etc. - no worries.

Flash forward a few weeks, during which I have been kept updated, and the car is almost ready to go. Then right at the last minute a couple of minor issues come up - is this where things go pear shaped? Nope! Louis gets it all sorted out and a couple of days later I am happily driving off and enjoying the car!

All I can say is my experience was easy, painless, Louis was super helpful and I am more than happy with the car. Will definitely use Walters again when I need another car.

Really great service from Walters Motor Group from start to finish. Jay was a no-pressure salesman and we ended up buying a 2007 Volvo XC90 from them. Unfortunately, it had a few small issues but their after-sales service was excellent and they got them all sorted, free of charge and very quickly. I've bought a lot of cars and Walters Motor Group are easily the best to deal with. Would actively try to use them again for future car purchases.
