Bought our baby from K H Cars and the process from start to finish was a pleasure.
Had a MOT and a service done before kindly delivering the vehicle to our property.
Nothing was too much trouble and would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been delighted with the experience of buying my VW Caravelle from Noel, he was really helpful, friendly and had had the MOT and all the necessary work done for the sale. The van came with a 3 month guarantee and very unfortunately the alternator failed within this time, but Noel was fantastic and got it sorted for me straight away. I would highly recommend KH cars and wouldn't hesitate buying a vehicle from there. I would like to thank Noel for the service and aftercare he has provided, he was absolutely brilliant!

Test drove and purchase my first MK5 R32 today and spent time with Noel I believe (apologies if that wasn’t your name) who was brilliant to deal with. Very down to earth and laid back. Felt no pressure at all.

The car is everything I’m looking for and genuine enthusiasm was shown towards me and my purchase.

First class service. Noel was great, nothing was too much trouble. When visiting to view the car we were left alone to look around it at our leisure, no pushy sales talk but Noel available should we have needed to ask any questions.

Strongly recommend using KH cars for your new car, Great selection of good quality vehicles.

Noel is a great chap to deal with, no pressure to make a sale and any problems are sorted quickly with no fuss.

Will be coming here in a few years to buy my next car.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice selection of vehicles. Great service. Finance a bit of a pain, but it not their fault. Overall excellent. Would recommend.

Ok pleased with my car had a recall on it had to sort that out my self which I think kh cars should have sorted out before they sold it

Just passed by and looks like the business is shut down. Just a few cars outside waiting to the MOT

Needed a car speedily & they were very helpful. We felt uncomfortable with how persistent they were with pointing out all the great features to the point it felt there was something up.
Had issues with the wipers & an engine warning light in warranty. The warning light was unfortunately fobbed off by the warranty garage & although partly fixed, we later had to pay (our usual garage) to repair the wipers.
Issues began to creep after a few months & has now failed its MOT with numerous issues that have rendered it non-road worthy.
It’s a real shame, the price was good, the service seemed good, if a little pushy at times & the car was just what we wanted.
The site where we went is now empty & that is even more upsetting as it seems there’s no way to follow up these concerns.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Purchased car with 3 month warranty. It had been serviced and MOT’d and all was apparently fine. Took back within the 3 months to question grinding noise around tyre. Told by their mechanic that it was plates rubbing together and nothing to worry about (didn’t actually properly look just drove car to hear noise). Took car to another trusted garage to have tires replaced to be told coil spring was broken and that that was what was causing said grinding noise. Approached KH Cars and was told that as it was now out of 3 month warranty was not their responsibility to repair. If mechanic had done his job in the first place this wouldn’t have happened. Was told we would only have to pay for repairs at cost + labour. Not happy! We arranged collection from K H Cars but they chose to leave it with garage for us to collect who obviously wouldn’t let us take the car without paying for the bill (came to more than expected due to extensive damage). I drove this car with a toddler for months!!! KH Cars excuse... No one was going to be there for us to collect it from them. Total load of Bull as they were open as we went past their establishment to collect the car. Since buying the car we have also had a wing mirror loosen and the glove box has fallen to pieces even though only opened a handful of times. Be careful this business is obviously dodgy and like to cut corners.

Bought a Golf from this place with a clean MOT, 11 months later it failed with 7 faults and thousands of pounds to repair! Basically a right off after spending £3250 for 1 years driving.
Only did 3000 miles but my tyres and brakes were dangerous after driving my kids around unknowingly. Obviously put a dodgy MOT on the car to sell it!
Been driving a death trap around for 11 months and had no choice but to scrap it!
Avoid this cowboy at all costs!
