I bought my car from the value car centre 2 weeks ago. Really impressed with the service and the car I purchased. Jay and Mac were happy to always assist upon any questions even after I left the showroom.

Would defo recommend these guys.

Perfection from my 1st phone call to delivery of my perfect car today. Honestly I cannot recommend The Value Car centre enough. A************plus a million stars ⭐ Here is our story. Due to a non fault accident our car was unfortunately written off. My work entails needing a large car with multiple seats and thought we had found our dream car from a garage online. Unfortunately this was not the case!! When new car was delivered due to Covid I had bought this online with numerous guarantees backed up by advert I was shocked to find was clearly not as advertised and the customer service received to rectify was zero response and after 2 weeks of continuing worsening faults the car had bought was not drivable with major faults and deemed unsafe by manufacturers and returned.

This resulted in weeks of stress phone calls to return and receive monies back we are talking thousands. I had alerts set up for another vehicle of same spec (pretty rare) and The Value Car Centre advertised one available. I called immediately and was greeted by Jason at 730am who was beyond cheerful and helpful must be a morning person 😊 he was on way to garage and sent me the photos had within 2 minutes and advised car was on way to him and would give me specifications once had actually seen car. Jason called back within 30 mins gave me full description of car interested in and sent more photos. Jason answered all my hundreds of questions, after my negative experience from a not so reputable garage and reassured me that I would not receive this car or be allowed to put a deposit on until he had fully checked and knew it would meet my needs. I was desperate I’m a childminder and needed wheels asap as school holidays and had a lot of activities and family commitments that required a vehicle, still the same answer no vehicle will leave us until it is perfect and what you want and need. There were a couple things required that this vehicle didn’t have ie parking sensors I’m blonde and going backwards in a large Mercedes Viano without some direction was a must! This wasn’t a problem Jason just said said we’ll fit them, I told him about previous cars faults and my concern about buying another car online (they are 170 miles away so couldn’t realistically view) and was completely reassured by that’s fine we’ll do a full MOT and Service fix anything and even advisories which turned out to be all the brakes, tyres, handbrake and few cosmetic details, this was above and beyond and still hadn’t asked for anything. Once they were happy I would be happy with Luna we named her she’s beyond gorgeous 🤍 I paid a small deposit as had to wait for the other unnamed unprofessional garage to release my large deposit and finance back, this took over a week, again Jason was kind compassionate and patient and nothing was a problem. John called to arrange finance for the remainder he was calm, kind and understanding he sorted everything out (amongst my tears and stress) so that I could receive Luna when she was perfect and they were happy I would be happy.

They took all the stress away and instilled faith, belief and went out of their way to ensure I was buying a car I not only wanted for my business but that was safe for myself, my children and minded children to travel in. They then delivered car on agreed date and time with a full tank of fuel with the loveliest driver keeping me informed all the way. He was greeted by a large group of excited children and myself and took time to show me around Luna and ensure I was happy. I cannot express how much I appreciated all their time, effort, attention to detail and above all their customer service. Luna is gorgeous drives like a dream and more perfect than advertised. I 100% recommend The Value Car Centre their customer service is impeccable and they are all lovely 🥰

I have just purchased a Fiesta from these. The whole process was easy and I was even able to trade my car in.
The car was ready early and they contacted me to let me know. All paperwork and tax was quickly sorted and I am happy with my purchase
An MOT was completed and some new tyres put on.

I bought a car with 3months warranty and after 9months a small diesel leak had caused a belt to Frey and got caught in my crank shaft and smashed my engine to pieces.
Value car Center were happy to fix the car at trade price as it was out of warranty, after paying the bill and getting my car back I continued to have issue after issue after issue but each time they took it in and paid the bill, cut a long story short I ended up having to have an engine replacement which they took care of as well as lending me a courtesy car!
Car back and running the way it should!
This place never gave me any attitude towards it all and just wanted to see me rite!!
Couldn’t have asked for more from them tbh considering the total cost to themselves for making this situation rite for me and my purchase.
Obviously not an ideal situation to have in the first place but it’s not like they would have known about the issue in the first place!

I bought a Toyota Auris from The Value Car Centre 2 months ago. They did MOT and Service then they delivered it to my door from Norwich to London. Car same as advert as I seen there is no any issue with it thats why I wait to add comment 2 months. They arranged car finance very easily. They are also friendly and communication is so smooth. Im very pleased to work with them. I could suggest them and give them 5 star. Thanks for the everything. :)

Brought a car last year from here, car had couple little bits that needed sorting and they went above and beyond to sort it for me. Had to take the car back to them last week due to an issue with it that was wrong when they was selling it, again they went above and beyond to sort this issue with no problem at all. Brillent service, 5* all day

I cannot fault the service with these guys. I had to look for a new car having had to scrap both mine and my wife’s cars within the space of 6 weeks. We went to the value car centre and found a car for each of us. There were no pressure sales and we found the guys at the dealership very accommodating and helpful.
Unfortunately, like any car, things can go wrong and when my one did still within the warranty period, I contacted them & they bent over backwards to resolve and repair the issues. I had regular updates and got my car back today. I dare say that my car is now running even better than when I first got it.

I bought a Tesla Model 3 Performance from the guys at TVCC, really nice, friendly and not pushy.

Unaccompanied test drive, as much time as I wanted to look at the car. Allow you to secure a car with a small deposit taking the potential stress of missing out of the car.

I highlighted some issue with the car all of which they sorted (or made provision to sort) before I collected the car.

Owning the car for 2 months now, I've had one or two issues which they have resolved without push back.

Overall I would buy from them again, and have recommended them to friends and family.

I bought a Ford Focus from the Value Car Centre 3 years ago. They took my old focus in part exchange and the whole transaction was smooth. Three years later I am happy to report that the focus is still going well with no problems. Good service thank you.

Actually, I was an innocent bystander. I'd travelled there from Cambridge with my son who'd bought one of their cars. One day in, as far as I know, he's very pleased with his purchase. From the outsider's point of view I can say the place was easy to find, plenty of parking, very amiable guys in charge, BUT.. no loos! After a ninety minute drive I was a bit urgent, but unfortunately had to wait until we were returning home. Otherwise, I thoroughly recommend The Value Car Centre.

The very best car shopping experience we have EVER had. Having previously visiting 2 well-known national car dealerships, and being hounded from the second we stepped foot on the premises - the experience we had here was chalk and cheese in comparison.

We were not once approached, and they left us to look at the cars in peace. This doesn't mean to say that they weren't available (as their office was clearly open as and when we needed someone). Moreover, when we did want to look at some cars in more detail, they simply handed us the keys and didn't once pressure us into a sale.

The staff were knowledgeable, understanding of our needs, and incredibly friendly. Jay Harper in particular was a real gent and was a pleasure to deal with. I can honestly say I will not go anywhere else for a car in the future, at very least, these will be my first port of call.

Thank you for you help today with the Volvo. Dealing with you has been a real pleasure. I will recommend you to everyone I possibly can after such an outstanding experience. These national companies could really learn a thing or two from those at The Value Car Centre.

I purchased a BMW in April 23 and dealt with Jay throughout. From the beginning he was very friendly and professional. I found a couple of very minor defects which he promised to resolve and deliver the car to my home which he did. I was very impressed and would highly recommend.

Bought a lovely focus st over the weekend, Jay and john spoke to both very helpful on the phone beforehand and great to remind too get everything ready before pick up. What i actually did really like is the fact they don’t pressure you and leave you on your own to view the car, and let you test drive also. Felt they gave me a great deal on my previous car also. New car is fantastic and cant be happier I think a lot car dealers need to come and see how its done properly. Also came with a warranty and i have no doubt they would honour it as well fantastic hopefully see you again if i ever decide to change cars 🚗 cheers guy all the best Anton

Well truly don't know where to begin. So the clutch went in the first couple of months (could happen to anyone buying second hand) and we were on holiday. Rang the value car centre who were absolutely happy for us to get it sorted and paid the bill in full without any quibbling. Most warranties don't cover the clutch because it is wear and tear but they were true to their promise of everything covered in the first 3 months. How good is that!

Honest folk who care about service more than anything. Hope they receive customers as nice as they are and thank you for changing the face of second-hand car sales.

Had a very good experience at The Value Car Centre!
They gave me the option to pay a reservation fee for the car i was interested in whilst I got time off of my work to come test drive the car. When i went to the centre, i felt very welcomed and i was helped with all questions i had. They also helped me with a personal decision, gave me time & advice for the car i already had, which was very kind of them. The car had been valeted and a slight mark that i noticed on the car had been sorted out for me, 5 stars for the customer service. You have the option to part exchange or finance and they offer a 3 month warranty.

Just bought a Mazda CX-5 from these guys, and I have to say that they are wonderful to deal with; best customer service I have experienced in a long time, not just from a car-dealer, but from pretty much anywhere. Very helpful and straightforward (oh, and very pleased with the car - well presented, MoT'd, serviced, and delivered very quickly, great to drive, and competitively priced)
