Lots of options for local products and free from items including vegan & gluten free. Plus some more niche kitchen items like wine and jam making supplies, and laundry products not currently available elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have to queue either. Reasonable prices and good overall selection

Roy's is a good stor if you are looking for clothes basically everything you want good value for money and the staff are friendly and glad to help out in what you are looking for.

An excellent range of household goods clothing, DIY, gardening, toiletries and much much more, the staff are extremely helpful and know there shop well if your looking for that item you just can't find, they also have a post office here too, it's a family friendly shop.
Even the security are extremely helpful, there extremely good at there job they go above there job roll,

Staff as a rule are helpful and friendly,you can get tools stationary and clothes as well as hardware and DIY items and they also house a Post Office counter. Convenient to nearby Bus Stops if you are not a motorist

Has everything you need and more, including items, that you did not know you needed. Polite and very helpful staff. Manager is always in store working. Security are friendly until they are needed.

Upon entering this store, I immediately felt as if I've walked onto an 80's film set. The ceiling, the lights, the layout... it is almost a museum of a throwback era that existed, combined with Co-op foods. I will make a mental note to wear a shell suit if I do visit here again.

I am always so pleased by the friendly reception and helpful attitude of all the staff. They are always very clean, tidy and well stocked in a wide range of food and household items. The stock ranges from affordable economy items to premium giftware. Additionally, they hold a fantasticly diverse selection of vegan/free from food, outside of specialist vegan shops they have by far the most comprehensive variety and I shop there regularly out of preference. Their deputy manager is especially pleasant and is always forthcoming with useful updates on incoming additions to the vegan/free from section. I rate them very highly all-round.

Wow! Roys has always been good but they seem to have moved up a gear of late. Went to the post office today that is attached to the shop and saw some great great bargains. Don't be put off by the fading decor, the products are fantastic. Examples: very good selection of bagged sweets for £1 each (including chewits!) Designer level women's Christmas pyjamas for £8 (very elegant) and a single bed mattress protector for £8. Their market, I'm guessing, are older men and women, but as a middle aged man in Norwich, I'm very happy to have this store..

After recently moving to the area, Roys has become my favourite and go to shop for everything. I mean everything. It sells everything. Their 'Heritage' food brand is cheap and delicious. They have fantastic local produce, and there's a post office in there as well. I've bought everything I've needed to decorate my flat as well. Roys is fabulous. I just wish it was open later!

Handy local store, reasonably priced and often some local foodstuffs, lots of offers on normally. Post office staff are great too. Security guy often follows you around, which is either funny or annoying. Some nice staff members too!

Great selection for my first proper trip into Roy's. Currently doing a vegan month and the variety of products throughout the shop were amazing. Well done Roy's, you folks smashed it!!

A classic Norwich establishment. The perfect place to take your mother for a shopping outing. Convenient parking a post office and they have a great range of ethical recycled clothes.

As a 6'1" athletic man, I find it hard to find hoodies that fit, either they're too short or too wide. Today I popped in to collect a parcel and would you believe it, the hoodies in the women's section are a perfect fit. I'm guessing they're meant to be oversize but they are great and very soft.

One of the best shops in Norwich. You can buy pretty much anything in there and there are some great members of staff. George and Linda in particular are super helpful and friendly as are the Post Office staff

Great place for all sorts of things - some of which you won't find anywhere else in Norwich (and we've looked!)
