Argos Norwich Riverside

Julie, Maria and Ross are exceptional members of staff! They had a very complex return/exchange to deal with due to Cambridge stores error! I’m that happy with their service I actually remembered their names off the top of my head nearly a week later! I definitely wouldn’t of purchase anything else from here if it wasn’t for these guys in norwich riverside. Their knowledge and customer service skills are excellent! Thank you guys.

always really fast customer service! using click & collect and with in store self service. it’s a very open/spacious store that makes it feel very large!

Today ordered online Apple watch 7 ( it was a gift).
Pop in to colect,Longwater Argos) took my staff , went back to car and noticed watch box was opened and watch was damaged, small crack on screen , so obviously Argos tried to sell used and damaged product and store staff knew it , they prepared order , . When box was given to me , lovely lady put it upside down obviously to hide opening signs , so be careful and check what you are taking from lovely staff from Longwater, got a refund . So zero for you guys.
RIWERSIDE staff five stars , they were very helpful sorted out with my order( again applewatch😂)even gave 10% discount, because of bad experience in Longwater. , so Riverside well done .

As I went in the staff were talking as they had no customers and welcomed me instantly, asked how to help, escorted me to the till, found my order, and sent me off nicely. Was in the store for under 2 minutes, amazing service.

Always use this store for all of my collections. Never have i had any issues and staff are always in hand to help where required.
Even in the weird times we are currently going through covid collections have been easy and with very little wait times.

Ordered pm and collected am next day. Shop was empty and transaction was completed quickly. Not sure how quick it would have been if the shop were full as there was only one person on duty.

Store is nice and tidy, staff were very friendly. Ordered an item and it was ready within 3 minutes, can't grumble at that

As it's based in a remote location compared to the one on St. Stephens Road, the queues are very short even in peak hours and the staff are helpful and friendly. Would recommend.

Quick service. Went to collect one of the product I had ordered online.

Doesn't take long to be served and the waiting area is clean and tidy, other than that it's your standard Argos experience.
