Don't know why this company has a handful of negative reviews. This is obviously the minority of a few customers, which every company will get time to time. I've ordered off this company for the past 5 years, orders have always came on time, returns are simple and customer service available. I will continue to order off them as i love their style.

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews but I ordered my dress on June 23rd express to Canada and received it today! I'm giving four stars for lack of confirmation email. Love my dress!!!

Good quality and value for money, but received only 2 out of 7 items ordered. They were out of stock, but was charged for all 7.

Ordered two weeks ago paid for Saturday delivery and I received my playsuit on the Monday. Decided to order again on 2nd august and none of the 4 items turned up just a bag full of bags and other people's invoice/order forms with sticky notes on. This company is a joke. The playsuit I ordered was not even a 12 more like a 8-10. So beware don't bother with them. They never answer the phone and do not respond to emails. Luckily I paid with PayPal so they will have to give me a refund.

Absolutely horrendous company!! I paid for a dress, and paid for next day delivery. 3 weeks later I have still NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER!

They have taken the money, do not reply to my many emails, and their customer service repeatedly goes to a very unprofessional mobile voicemail that just tells you to email them, and doesn't even let you leave a message.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM!

This is the first time I have shopped with Glamorous and will definitely be the last. I ordered an item over a month ago which I have not received but have been charged for. I have sent emails and tried to call on several occasions without any response. Will never shop with them again.

Very very AWEFUL company!!! Sent me the wrong dress. No one replies emails, no one replies the messages I left on their website, no one picked up the phone. I have to sent back the wrong dress, and that was two weeks ago. I haven't hear anything from them. NO FEEDBACK and NO MONEY BACK!

I am so P'd off, ordered an item from this website and sent the item back ( written my own refund letter ) as there was not a refund form in my package. Emailed them to inform them i had done this, and they have not contacted me back and i have not received any emails or a refund back from them. I would never order from here again. Conning bastards lol

I agree, the company is dreadful!! They sent me someone else's order but addressed to me, you cannot speak to a person, and no-one responds to your e-mails or voice-mails. NEVER use them, they are absolutely hopeless. I'll give them ONE stars simply to be heard, but the ONE star is a MINUS.....
