We have received exceptional customer service from Zara in all our dealings with The Granary over the past year. She has been so kind, friendly, helpful and patient when helping us to narrow down our selections but also reassuringly responsive and pro active when having to sort out any issues post delivery.

James gave me the absolute best service I have received in any shop for a very long time, couldn’t reccomend more. A complete contrast to the blonde lady working on the same day who simply didn’t look like she wanted to be there.

Zara at the Granary in Norwich has been amazing, she was so patient and kind without feeling pushed into a sale whilst we were looking for a sofa.

We appreciate advice, but were spoken to like we hadn’t thought about anything to do with the room/furniture we were looking for, on the back of a single overheard comment from a much longer conversation.

Looks like good quality furniture in store though.

Interesting experience. I'm in the market for a new sofa and 2 rugs. I walked in during the week, place was far from busy; 3 members of staff 'chatting', not one of them acknowledged me, it appeared they almost went out of their way to avoid eye contact (which is fascinating considering it's a so called 'retail showroom'. To the owner of the business. Please do invest in some good customer service training, its seriously needed.
