No 82 The Unthank

We stayed one night recently for a friend's Hen Do and had such a lovely stay. The staff were so accommodating, from the easy booking process, to calls in advance of the booking to check what we needed, to the beautiful decorations in the hen's room, being given flowers on check out... we all had a lovely stay and we're so grateful for all of your help and efforts!

The rooms were immaculate and comfortable and we all said we would happily stay again. A huge thank you, especially to Hannah and Alfie for being so welcoming and really going above and beyond!!

I stayed with a friend for a hen do. The place was not too far of a walk from the town, or a short taxi journey. The quality of the rooms for what I paid was great (especially the shower). Bed were comfy, room was spacious. The overall experience was excellent.

A shout out to Hannah for ensuring the initial booking was correct and in place.

I CANNOT SAY HOW AMAZING THE RECEPTION WAS FROM AN INDIVIDUAL! ALFIE WAS THE BEST RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS!

From the preparing everything, ensuring we got our rooms, ensuring everything was okay, and constantly reassuring that Alfie was there if we needed anything at all - even any support with anything outside of the hotel (taxis, parking, activities, etc!)

Overall, very happy.

The concierge was a bit of a pfaff as we arrived late in the evening, but we got in eventually.

The room was nice and spacious (Plantation Room), mini kitchen, shower and loo. There was a bath in the room which we didn’t use but looked huge.

A couple of the rooms are facing the road which is a little bit noisy, but we were fine with that and there were ear plugs in the drawers for light sleepers.

Our bed was really comfortable with a feather duvet and pillows, we slept well.

Only thing for improvement is getting rid of the cobwebs in the high ceilings!

Just a few metres away is a Tesco Express which was great and open until 11pm most days.

If we’re visiting Norwich again, we’d be happy to stay here again.

Fair 15 minute walk to the city centre. Nearby tesco express and pubs. Very good facilities and easy/convenient check in process (just follow the instructions in the email).

There was nearby noise at night but it was gone after 10pm so managed to sleep well.
Would go back here again.

Very lovely. Came up from Cambridge and wanted to cook for myself but never can in a normal hotel so wanted something a bit different. Everything was very clean and overall it was a lovely stay. Guy was lovely

We visited on our wedding night and would defiantly recommend for anyone who needs somewhere to stay in Norwich. they had balloons on the bed with a lovely card congratulating us on our marriage. lovely room, we stayed in the riverside suite and were amazed by the space in the room and the contempory look.

Very convenient place to stay. Car park, directly opposite many places to eat, on a main road into and out of the city. The accommodation itself is stylish and contemporary and has everything you need. If you're struggling to find entrance 3, as we did because it's not labelled, it's across from the concierge office.

Lovely luxury apartments. Had a couple of nights here as a bday treat for my wife. Well worth the money and felt very special.

Great apartment within a 10 minute walk of the city centre. Fantastic value for money, well equipped and very comfortable bed. Unthak Road is fairly busy but we were at the rear and didnt hear anything. 5 out of 5 no hesitstion

Always a pleasure to stay here. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. The rooms are always spotlessly clean and it's such a great location with the town centre a short walk away.

I had a great time, the room I was in was very clean and the fact that it is a self-contained unit with the kitchen and the toilet makes the stay very pleasant.

Stunning modern design throughout, helpful and lovely staff, great location and a five minute walk to the city centre, free parking on site, the room has everything you would need and it’s justthe perfect place to be! I will definitely be returning!

Very clean only problem room was so hot. I will recommend team running the property to invest in getting standing fans for the rooms during summer period.

Great location in a quiet but central location very friendly helpful staff, accommodation was very good and very clean the bed was very comfortable i would definitely stop here again and I would recommend it to family and friends alike.

Great place to stay. We stopped for 2 nights and was not disappointed. The room we had was great.
