This place is amazing if you want to relax and walk surrounded by water and wildlife. There are some waterfalls around with clear water. You can have a picnic near the river, but just remember to take the rubbish with you and keep the place clean, please. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I did. If you come by car, there is a huge parking lot for £10 all day.

A fair amount of parking nearby, £5.50 in the council provided parking or £7 in a nearby field privately (all day rates)
The walk is approximately 2miles (1 hour round journey) which is kept clean and tidy. The route is accessible majority of users, it does get a rough under foot for about 50 feet but nothing people should struggle with

There are a few local cafes which serve good food and ice cream.

Great chance to visit the iconic Harry Potter scene in The Deathly Hallows!! Gentle walk to the foot of the cliff and a fairly challenging steep 25 min walk up the steps to the top. But boy, what a view from the top! No wonder Voldermort didn't find them up there. We paid £7 to park in a farmer's field nearby but I think parking on the road is free if you can grab a spot!

Parking can be tight here but only a £2 donation. Toilet facilities. Great starting point to walk to Malham Cove and carry on to Janet's Foss. Need good footwear as some bits are muddy and slippy. White trainers need not be used🤣

Beautiful place to visit. The steps going up all 421 of them are a tad exhausting and tread carefully as when wet the rocks are very slippy. All worth it though when you get to the top.

I visited Malham and Malham Cove today. While it was hard in places, it was well worth it. The views are stunning.
I can't wait to go back.

Excellent centre with a shop & toilets. Charges are reasonable £3.50 for 2 hours & if you have a Blue Badge like me, you get an extra hour free. It is a long walk from the car park & as I'm disabled, I couldn't make it down to Malham Cove. Had an excellent close up view though & it's a beautiful setting.

Beautiful place, lots of different routes, could easily spend the day wondering across the tracks and through the fields. Gorgeous little village with dog friendly pubs and tea rooms to finish the route off

Amazing walk in the area with spectacular views. There are pubs close to the car park, places where you can get a coffee or ice-cream and a souvenirs shop and toilets. The area is dog friendly and there are plenty of shallow rivers where they cool down.

Fantastic day out, we walked the circular loop, apart from the climbing of steps in places (which shows just how unfit you truly are!) it was a fairly easy walk. We did around 8 miles in total after taking a slight detour to see the tarn. Beautiful views from start to finish with great geological landmarks 😃

Lovely walk, quite tough if you're not used to walking, especially on the first stretch of steps.
General parking is OK if you get there early enough however the access to the village can be a pain if it is busy.
Would definitely recommend doing the walk though.
