Visited today, what a beautiful park to visit on a sunny day. Parking £2 for four hours. So much to do. Boating lake, pond full of lilies, tennis, croquet, cafe, beautiful band stand, miniature railway and lovely walk through the gardens and grounds. A skate park / half pipe and children’s play area. Lots of shady places to seat if you are not a sunbather. Definitely worth a visit.

Eaton park is such a lovely place. Easily one of the best parks in Norfolk. From the rc boats and skate park to the crazy golf and park run weekends this place has so much to offer.
It has a nice little cafe and the kids could happily spend all day in the massive park.
They even have a ride on miniature train. Tennis courts, giant chess, beautiful blossom trees and a resident heron.
We are very lucky to have this gem on our doorstep

With a fantastic atmosphere, this is the finest park for a family walk or an evening walk with your dog. Rose garden, skate park, sports facilities such as tennis, cricket, and other outdoor activities, boat pond, and lilly pond where fish can be seen. Free entry. Near the boat pond, you can rent a boat, however there were few people renting during our stay.
I didn't see the Miniature Railway, but I'll try again next time. Car parking is provided.

What a place!
🌳 Landscaped with lots of little zones to walk through and enjoy, including ponds, a bandstand, a boules pitch, a playground, and many other things to do.
🦮 Extremely dog friendly, plenty of spaces to safely walk the dogs.
🗑 Beautifully kept, tidy, clean, and well maintained.
🚂 The train on Sundays is a joy, what a lovely thing to have, all volunteer-run.
🌹 There are plenty of shaded places to sit. My favourite lunch and a book spot is in the rose garden, on the benches tucked away in the bushes at the sides.
☕ The café serves excellent coffee, and plenty of gluten free options, including toasties, jacket potatoes and veggie hash, but there’s often a queue so factor in a wait time of 20-30 minutes when you visit at its peak.
🚗 The car parks are free to use, and there’s one at the top (near the Farmhouse pub) and another at the bottom of the park (near the golf course). The top is best for the rose garden, playground, pitch & putt, and the train, and the bottom car park is great for golf, the skate park, the boating lake, and the café. The bottom one is larger so better chances to get a space.

Eaton park - what a fabulous huge park - for over 45 years I have enjoyed all the facilities with both my children & grandchildren- The children’s play area, the train ride, the pitch & putt, the tennis courts, car parking, the vast waters to take remote controlled boats, & so much space to take your pet dogs. Also a lovely cafe & Bandstand. A true jewel in Norwich’s Crown.👍 👍👍👍👍

Cute cafe, and was wonderful to sit by the pond in the sunshine. Nice and clean and tidy. Looks like a great place to take kids - large park to walk around, and we also saw there was a skatepark. I believe there was more too, but we just walked around the one side.

Great park for all ages, loads of stuff to do; football pitches, basketball court, skate / scooter park, boating lake, tennis courts. Crazy golf / putting green is seasonal I think, they also have a miniature ride-on railway which operates on the Sunday's before Bank Holidays and Half-terms, sometimes its on on a radom Sunday as its voluntary run just ask £1.50pp to help maintain it, great fun for the kiddies and train enthusiasts.

Probably the best park near Norwich, has everything you could want from a park. Great playground for the kids, with different sections for preschoolers and older kids. Swings, fire engine, sides, climbing frame, bridges, zipline all surrounded by sand. Big open green spaces for football, etc. A nice little cafe in the centre near the bandstand with public toilets. A model boating lake and a pond often frequented by a heron. A miniature railway, skatepark, tennis courts, table tennis tables, bowling green, cycle speedway, crazy golf. There is also a beautiful rose garden. There is also a pitch and putt golf course. There are two car parks both accessed off either end of South Park Avenue. Does get extremely busy especially in summer and parking can be a nightmare.

A beautiful well used family Park, with excellent facilities. Plenty of space to take a picnic, pop up a gazebo for a family fun day, run around with the children or organise some team games.
A great cafe where dogs are welcome with well behaved owners.
A well used skate park, cycle track and basketball court.
A recent addition of outdoor table tennis and boules.
The play park is well maintained and always popular but is big enough not to have to queue for your turn on the slide etc...
In the summer months a little train runs as well.
A little piece of tranquility in our bustling city.

Clean park with a toilet and a cafe. Big fields, boating pool, pond, big play area.

It's dog friendly and not much poop around. This is my favourite park in Norwich.

Carparks are pay and display requiring a bank card. No cash payments

Eaton Park could be called the biggest one in Norwich. You can do whatever you wish: from running- it has more than 1.5mi , football, skating and biking, tennis-table or field and also crazy golf. It's such a lovely place to spend a sunny day. Plus the children have a great sandy playground if they have enough of running around on the well maintained grass. If you get hungry, just in tge middle there's a cafe for a snack and also provides public toilets. One part that I like is the boating lake which looks amazing at sunset, not to mention that you can take some amazing photos around the place.

This park is fantastic. It has something for everyone to enjoy. There are enclosed tranquil gardens to sit and relax. Large open spaces for ball games and picnics. A childrens play area and sand pit. A putting course. A boating lake for remote controlled boats. There's even miniature railway for you to ride and enjoy!

There is a great independent cafe located in the pavilion which serves baked snacks, drinks and cakes during the day and extends to tapas from 5pm onwards. It's all reasonably priced.

There are public toilets which are fairly well kept and the grounds as a whole are kept very clean and tidy.

It's a great place for people of all ages. Kids have acres of space to run around and play and you could spend all day walking around.

The only downside to the park is that the two small car parks are not nearly big enough to accommodate everyone, so you'll have to find a local road or hang around until someone leaves.

Great Park, lots of space so even when it's busy it doesn't feel crowded. Children's play area is clean and tidy and has lots of equipment for a range of ages.

Lovely, well maintained park. You can easily spend the whole day here. We enjoyed watching the people using the skate park, looking for fish in the pond, watching the boats in the boating lake and a ride on the miniature railway. We will definitely visit again and try the crazy golf. Lovely little cafe, and public loos available too. Plus tennis courts, basket ball courts and kids play park too. What's not to love?!
