Large open space, popular with both dog walkers and people who just want a bit of quiet time.
There are trails that take you around a good portion of the park. There are also plenty of wooded areas for those a bit more adventurous.
They also hold park run here on a Sunday morning, which newbies and experienced runners alike.
There is a tea van during the park run, but I am uncertain if it is there at other times.
A nice place to ho and get away from it all and back to nature.

Wonderful, large green area many walks, Woodland trails Oaks and Redwoods squirrels galore.
Parking and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy .
Wooden carvings of animals and birds dotted throughout the park .
Large areas for children to run the wild things .
Accessible with wheelchairs and buggies . Little bins and dog bins. Plenty.
Fabulous place for kids, dogs and families and lone walkers .

A lovely place for a walk, especially with the dog! Always lots of friendly people and dogs... and of course the coffee van later in the week for a cheeky sausage roll, cake, milk shake or all three!

Beautiful short walk any time of the year. Great for dog walking as plenty of red bins. Also some interesting wooden sculptures to look at on the way round. There is a big felled log that my son loves to climb about on(the kids all seem to flock to it). A nice place in general for a family walk

Great place to unwind... early morning walks are a great way to start the day. Getting a bit boggy in places when it rains. Keep your eye out for the wooden carvings dotted around. Occasionally spoilt by out of control owners and their dogs.

A great park for my dog to roam, sniff and enjoy meeting other mutts! Has both a wooded area and open fields. Lots of friendly dog people too!

Nice place for a jog. Hosts a very popular parkrun on a Saturday which is well worth visiting.

There are large open areas and also some short woodland sections to walk in too

Overall, highly recommended.

Great park for a walk or run. Very big and wild. Very quiet as well. Parking is not very big, it can hold around 12 cars, but you can park along Oak Street.

Park surrounded by woodland. Ideal place for dog walking. Has some interesting wooden animal sculptures scattered around. The circus paid a visit back in July

I love Catton park and visit it nearly every day. It has a beautiful selection of ancient trees. A variety of spaces like woodland or wide open space. There is a pond and I feel sure it is home to lots of wild life. Very popular for dog owners. Which for me is a bonus but be aware if you don't like dogs.

Beautiful park with woods, wide open grass, little paths and bigger ones, den building areas for the children. A lovely little country estate stuck in the middle of Norwich. No idea why I had lived so close for 2 years before paying a visit. It's a regular stomping ground now.

Excellent place for a leisurely walk. Plenty of space even when it's busy, & a great place for dogs to run off lead.
