Felicity Wood Yoga

I have recently been going to Yoga classes in the lovely new village hall in Bletchingdon with a delightful yoga teacher - Felicity Wood. I have found Felicity a brilliant yoga teacher, with strong postures, and a beautiful relaxing meditation at the end of each session with soothing music. For anyone interested in yoga or is wanting a class to de-stress themselves then this is the teacher and class to go to. I thoroughly recommend Felicity and I have been doing yoga for many years and so I know who is good and who is not so good. I do hope that people will support this yoga class as it would be a shame to lose this important asset of the village life.

I just love Felicity's yoga classes. I've tried one or two yoga classes before and felt that they were slightly beyond me but her classes are pitched at just the right level and are challenging and relaxing at the same time.

Had my first ever session today and I loved it. Felicity was great, I felt very relaxed throughout and really enjoyed the session. Thank you Felicity & see you again next week :) xx
