I purchased a helmet at a good price from the store but unfortunately due to a manufacturer fault it had to go back, the staff were very helpful and sent it back to the manufacturer for repair (under warranty). Unfortunately even after the repair the helmet didn't live up to my expectations so the the staff helped me find a helmet to replace the faulty one and I left feeling satisfied.
I would recommend the store with the huge selection of products and the knowledgeable staff working who are ready with answers to any question or query.

Absolute 5 star services from these guys. Myself and my mother were looking for new helmets. Turns out we have strange shaped heads. We tried on virtually every helmet before finding one that fits. The guys were so patient,checking each helmet for fit. No, they weren't trying to sell expensive helmets because that's where we started.

Great service, the kind your parents told you about but rarely see. Bought gloves here and decided they didn't fit after quick ride. Staff v willing to exchange, helped me find something more suitable.

Fantastic service. Spencer helped my son make informed decisions for all of his biking gear and gave sound advice. No sales pressure, just honest abd genuine advice. Will always come here for his biking needs.

I’m 17 years old and I’ve just brought my first bike. Went to J&S through recommendation and the service was fantastic from every member of staff. Particularly Spencer, who spent 2 hours helping me purchase all of my first gear giving the best advice and being so friendly. Would highly recommend :)))

These guys just about saved my life, I was dying from the cold. The welcomed me and gave me super advice, let me wait to be rescued and even showed me the warmest place to stand. Thank you both :)

I've come in here a few times, and they've always been helpful. Needed a new pair of gloves for winter riding, and they helped me find the right pair, needed a pair for summer riding, found a pair again. Recently I brought a helmet which turned out to be a bit too big for me and they got that sorted for me as well, never had a bad experience here.

What a fantastic place. My friend recommended it as my son wants to get his motorbike licence and he would need the correct gear. The shop was not too busy, the assistant spent loads of time explaining all the pros and cons of different items. Dispelled myths that we had heard. The attention and knowledge from the staff was second to none. They are passionate about their bikes. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be going back there for any future biking needs. If management are reading this then you need to know you have excellent staff in this branch!!

Popped in to have a look for new helmet was given so much help by your friendly staff and ended up buying a helmet and leathers would highly recommended, Steve was really helpful with everything definitely be using you again

My favourite shop for motorcycle clothes. Huge selection and great prices. Lots of stuff by smaller brands, while the quality is still very high. Got myself all weather waterproof jacket for just 139. And lets not forget food van just outside with super tasty burgers!

Popped in for some kit ahead of an important motorcycle trip.

The team made me feel welcome and offered really useful advice.

I had a really good experience today at J&S Witney. I was served mainly by Mike with helpful extra bits of input from Jayne and Chris. All of them were really pleasant. Mike took all the time necessary without any rushing to help me get suited and booted for riding. I went for a helmet and was guided to exactly the helmet for me, I am chuffed with it. Because it was going so well I happily looked at jackets.. and bought one... and because it was going so well I had a look at some trousers too.. and bought some.. and it just so happened they had the ideal pair of boots, so I got them too. I wish all shop experiences were so relaxed with such excellent service. Cheers people at J&S Witney!

What a great experience. I arrived with just 30 minutes of closing time needing everything to begin my motorbike journey. The staff took all the time and attention that wa required, providing all of the knowledge and experience that I would expect. They made the whole thing easy and simple, even staying well past their closing time to ensure that I had everything I needed. The icing on the cake......as a new rider I got 10% off the majority of things I got!! Thoroughly recommend and will 100% be back again soon I'm sure.
