Absolutely love the idea of going cashless. I’m always stuck behind 80 year old grandmas who are always rummaging through their bags for coins. Also when will you start accepting bitcoin? Gotta always make the customers happy😁

Very smart idea to go cashless. Much easier to carry your money around and don't have to be counting hundreds of coins every time I get a frozen meat pie. That guy Samuel has no idea, he just another boomer who doesn't know how to use a credit card. 10/10 would shop again

Hailey's Local Grocery has shown time and time again that it serves the community. The new cashless transition further enhances my view of the store - no longer will I wait in line behind 80 year old grandmas rummaging through their purses. I will be coming back.

Finally a business that is going cashless. They really are "leaders" adopting this trend way before 7/11. Just gotta hope that Apple Pay still works on my "smart watch". Samuel needs to get with the "times"

Honestly this is ridiculous. Just yesterday I sent my 12 year old son here with a $50 note to buy me a 1.25 litre bottle of vodka. He came back with nothing but the note because you dolts aren't accepting cash anymore. Now he has no dinner because of you and your irresponsible decision. I made him eat the note. He is currently in hospital.

Not only have you robbed a 80 year old woman of her dignity, you may just have robbed a 12 year old boy of his life.

Hello owner of the Hailey Express im sure you are wondering why your store is receiving many negative review regarding your cashless policy. If you would like to learn more about why this is happening please call the VCAA of Victoria Melbourne regarding the English 2019 paper as a similarly named business was on the exam.
p.s. my 80yr old grandmother will not be shopping here

Absolutely agree with going cashless, this indeed does save time and improve security, always ahead of the game, first going single use bag free and now cashless, a step in the right direction, great costumer service and great product, coming again soon.

I am personally pleased with Hailey's decision to go cashless. The old people have 3 months to get their act together and use their card, instead of holding up the line searching for coins.

Look Hailey, the customers did not ask for this, and you are not a leader in your local community. "Valued customers" I dont think so. I'll be taking my smart ring elsewhere.

No but legit, all of the negative reviews are fake, from VCE students. If you are shopping here in England, please take a look at the store yourself and don't follow these reviews

Loved it when you guys abolished the plastic carry bag over four years ago, now you're going cashless. Truly ahead of your time, keep up the good work blokes.

Ignore all the moronic VCE students from Australia rating 1-star. They love destroying small businesses trying to make a living. It's the same people that protest in the cities causing disruption to small business owners trying to feed their families.

I’ll do this because you’re probably kinda confused, on last year’s Australian high school end of year English exam, on the section where people had to analyse persuasive techniques in an article, they put a cafe review. And so after the exam people found out that there was a cafe in Australia that had the same name. So everyone decides to leave negative google reviews (the review they had to analyse was a negative one) and it went from a 4.5 to a 2 in a day or so. It was in the news and everything, the cafe ended up suing the agency that sets the exams. So on this year’s exam, which was a couple of hours ago, for the same section they put an article about a grocery store that decided to go cashless, which had two opposing viewpoints. The name of the store was Hailey's grocery store (or something to that effect). So yeah that’s what happened. I’d like to apologise on behalf of everyone as well, but luckily there are positive and negative reviews so hopefully it balances out I guess??
