Natuzzi Editions Chester

Having done the rounds of the usual furniture stores in the area Natuzzi Chester compares very well against the rest. Immediately on entry the product quality stands out and the layout of the store is tasteful and the ambience relaxed. The staff, Peter, Natalie and Nathan were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. There was no pushiness or pressure to buy just a genuine attitude to provide a good service and offer advice when needed. Later telephone queries were dealt with promptly, clearly and politely. Altogether a refreshingly first class customer experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store.

I went here this morning and let me tell you it was an enjoyable experience to visit to your store the reason being is that I was greeted by a lovely kind gentleman Peter he was truly amazing and he had a nice smile and the atmosphere in your store
including nice staff and nice choice of products here. was brilliant I am coming here again thanks Peter

Staff are amazing they could not help you enough, I have bought my sofa there, rugs and now stressless chair. Would highly recommend there service.

Having bought 2 two seater sofas, that were electric recliners and having paid £5000, 6 months ago we are very disappointed with the quality of the sofas, the cushions are saggy, the lumber support is very poor as far as we are concerned the product does not meet expectations. In addition colour from clothes discolours the cloth easily. Maybe our choice of fabric was not great, however be aware of these problems. Will not recommend and will not purchase from this store again. On the up side the staff were lovely.

We visited the Chester, Sealand Road store to view sofas. On arrival, we were shocked that the store doors were locked at 18:30, rather than the advertised time of 20:00. There were staff in the store but they mouthed ‘we’re closed’ through the window. You won’t find an order from us.

Having paid over £4000 for two new sofas from Natuzzi Editions Chester I naively expected quality in terms of service and product; I could not have been more wrong. As a retired Head of Education, I consider myself to be reasonably intelligent and able to make valid judgements; my dealings with Natuzzi has rocked my confidence! DO NOT BUY from this company! In less than 10 months the sofa seat cushions had collapsed to the point where I was almost sitting on the framework. Having taken out extra insurance, I expected a speedy resolution to the problem. Sadly, this was not the case. While coping with my husband's Cancer diagnosis, I had to fight tooth and nail for 11 months before I got any sort of help with correcting the problem. Numerous phone calls and emails passed between me and Zoe, the so called Head of Customer Service during which time I was lied to, put off and just about everything was done to try and prevent me from seeking a resolution. With the help of my sister and Consumer Rights, the furniture was eventually repaired; whether the repair will stand the test of time remains to be seen! I had read some poor reviews about the company and brought this point up in the showroom but was assured that this particular branch was reliable, honest and committed to customer satisfaction; sorry but this is a pack of lies. In my 50 years as a consumer, I have never had to write such a derogatory but HONEST review. I hope I never have cause to do so again. Please be warned; DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
