Outstanding customer service (as always) and delivery. We were kept fully informed of our numerous orders progress throughout. Extra special thanks to Kim in the Furniture and Sue in Bedding Departments for answering our queries. It is refreshing to continue to shop with a store with traditional customer focus.

We purchased a new mattress for our king-size bed. We must have tried at least a dozen beds before we found the right mattress for us. Hazel in the bedding department was very helpful, patience and professional, suggesting different beds to try until we found the right one for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she is an asset to the company. Thank you Hazel. From The Hamblys .
We also purchased a dining room table and chairs from Jules in the furniture department. Again had very good service. Jules was very friendly, polite and professional helping us decide which was the best Dining set for us. Nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to show us how to extend the tables and how to put them back again to the standard size. There was no pressure to purchase, just friendly advice and help when needed.
We will definitely be returning to this lovely store for any future requirements secure in the knowledge that there is always a very professional service available if needed.

Very pleased with my purchase of G plan Hartford 3 seater settee, armchair and foot stool. Hazel was very helpful with her advice for the Tempur bed that we purchased. Delivery was on time and Chris who delivered and installed the chairs and bed was courteous and removed all the packaging from site. Excellent service from start to finish and will definitely visit this store in Shepton Mallett again.

Very pleased with our new bed recently purchased. Excellent advise from the sales staff, delivery received in half the time quoted. Very helpful and polite delivery men who placed where requested and fitted and secured the headboard, removed all packaging etc including our old bed for recycling ... much better than landfill!

We have just taken delivery of our dining room table and chairs from Haskins Furniture Store, Shepton Mallet and have no problem in giving this company, 5 stars. From the salesperson Jules and the two delivery personnel, Daisy and John, they provided an excellent service which was both professional and courteous. The quality of the dining room suite is also of high quality and we can’t wait for our next delivery, a corner suite and a nest of tables. For good quality furniture we wouldn’t shop anywhere else, thanks.

Shopping for a new bed can be a daunting prospect especially when you have so much to choose from as is the case at Haskins at Shepton Mallet, lucky for us we had Hazel to help us she made the whole experience more enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and her help and expertise was invaluable, even to the point of organising a change of colour on our original choice of headboard.Thank you so much Hazel you are a star and we will definitely be back for more bedroom furniture owing to you making this visit so much easier. Very helpful staff who discussed, amended our order of G Plan sofas over a weekend. The delivery guys were quick and efficient. This all gave a very good shopping experience. Staff should be applauded for their friendliness and customer care.

Brilliant from the first phone call until delivery. Full and accurate information given at each stage. Patience to allow us to make choices about fabric etc. The delivery went more smoothly than anything I've had delivered before, even though the bed was tricky to get in and up the stairs and required thinking about - there was no impatience or forcing. Everything was 5 star, couldn't fault it.

We bought a bed for our young son. It arrived within 48 hours and now he is so much more settled at bedtime. We are shortly due to buy a new sofa and will definitely be buying it from Haskins as we couldn't fault their service

Fantastic customer service (esp Nickie Smith!) and very good quality furniture. We purchased a display cabinet, sideboard, bureau and bedroom furniture and they bent over backwards to help us out ordering a wardrobe 'dry jointed' so that we dismantle and get up into the dormer bedroom.
Highly recommended!

Purchased and had delivered a expensive leather suite a few of weeks ago.
I immediately had the seats of all 3 pieces of furniture creasing and puddling, unlike the show items they have on display that did not do this.
Anyway I complained and they are very kindly letting me choose another suit to replace the one I now have, i am not finding it easy to choose another suite as I still want leather, but they are being more than helpful.
So with luck, I may be able to decide what suite to get for a replacement.

The service at Haskins is reminiscent of the good old days. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We bought lots of furniture from lots of different departments and bought lots of Pavers shoes too and everywhere we went we were treated as valued customers and all the staff at Haskins really put themselves out for us. I shall be back there again with a smile on my face - well done everyone at Haskins.

Just had a bed delivered - it's fantastic and the delivery guys were great. On time exactly when I expected, polite, friendly and very speedy with setting everything up. Highly recommended.

If I could give Haskins 6 stars I would. I have dealt with them a number of times now and have always received nothing but absolute professionalism from all the staff I have come into contact with. The products have always been of the highest of standard and have always been delivered on time and even before on one occasion. Compared to other furniture stores there is no comparison for me, I personally travel a long way to shop there ! Keep it up Haskins.

Ordered a new Miraform geltex active divan bed and was very pleased with excellent service from Haskins. The bed was delivered within a couple of weeks, our old bed was removed and recycled, new bed was assembled and all packaging removed. The bed looks fabulous and we are having the best sleeps ever!

Me and my partner just bought a bed 🛌, on completion of it all the customer service, was fantastic, staff very knowledgeable, when delivered the delivery men were very polite, everything was top notch, would highly recommend 👌.
