A large pet product warehouse for all animals. Conveniently located on botley road in Oxford.

They sell all kinds of products, including pet food, litter boxes, cleaning stuff and medicines. Their products are made for cats, dogs, rabbits, birds and many more.

They also have some rabbits and furry animals for sale. They also have many types of fish.

At the back of the store, there’s a vet clinic. Their service is great too!

Highly recommend a visit if you’re a pet owner!

We bought all our stuff for our new puppy.
We didn't have a clue what we wanted but the staff at Pets at Home were wonderful and talked it all through for us.
They signed us up to the loyalty card and this gave us a good discount to get started.
Since them we have returned and again the staff were so helpful.
Would recommend

Good place for pet treats. It has a vet in-house with a grooming parlour if that's your thing. Lots of animals to see and take home. A relaxed atmosphere as all pets are welcome!

Friendly, helpful staff. We adopted a gorgeous bunny and the staff spent lots of time helping us get to know him and mak8ng sure that he was a good fit for us.

For a corporate company, PAH really excel. The staff truly love animals - more than the customers possibly! In a good way. Twice my Greyhound has had a quick wee in the aisles and on both occasions my apologies were waved away by a friendly mop wielding staff member.

Ellie is a wonderful employee, so much love & empathy. I came in to purchase for a homeless guys dog that I fell in love with. Ellie gave discount and showed so much care. An asset to pets at home

Went in for hamster bedding came out adopting a beautiful little gerbil who we've called lucky because of his history , all staff were so helpful and so amazing for getting this gerbil back to full strength and health can't give enough stars for what they do .

A huge thank you must go out to Lucy the vet, who saw my friend's dog so quickly today in an emergency. Also to Carl for helping me to find everything I was looking for and was so kind and patient, and to Stephen also for very kindly helping me out to the car with all the shopping! I would thoroughly recommend this store!

Went to this store to buy a hamster sadly cowley messed us about told us we could get one straight away I spoken to Luke the manager explaining the issue he was very understanding about this and was very helpful explaining how their store works with getting a hamster called up early morning to book a time slot managed to get the hamster we loved was very sorry about the messy about from the other store. I would use Botley store more often better staff and very friendly

Pet dog groomers there are fantastic...they cut my mums dog perfect everytime not to mention there lovely friendly manner and they treat her dog so so kindly

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Luke from at Pets at home Botley. Luke is an absolute credit to the business, offering some of the best customer service I have ever received in my life. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work.

Today's on shift manager Kelsey first thing really went above & beyond to help me with our groom room booking 1st time ever for my youngest first salon appointment and issues I had with my phone and discount coupons etc . Thank you so much as made a good day for us all

Friendly staff who pander to my very spoilt whippets demands for treats at the till!

Even though I live 30 minutes away, I chose to register with the groomers and vets in Pets at Home in Botley, because I was so impressed with how lovely and helpful the staff were when I first got my puppy. My puppy and I are now regulars and the staff (across the entire store) are always incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful.
