This is my go-to retailer for anything saxophone-related. They have a good selection of instruments and accessories and their customer service is brilliant. They provide a fantastic 'approval' service allowing you to test out new instruments and mouthpieces which would otherwise be a complete stab in the dark, and their prices are very competitive. Delivery is also quick and painless. I couldn’t rate them highly enough

If nothing else, its a superb customer service. I bought a JP Euphonium 374t model which arrived damaged but it was not noticeable. It all started with valves not working well and slides not sliding properly. Only after i noticed a bend on the inside of the bell and valve action started getting worse i thought something might have been wrong to begin with.

After sending the instrument back initially i have been told that i should have reported this sooner as 2.5 months have passed since. After i sent the instrument back they paid for shipping and after inspection, concluded that it was damaged when delivering.

Gladly in the end they sent me a replacement although they could have as easily just send me back the same Euphonium which they fixed.

Dealing with this matter might have been stressful but their customer service was on my side all along which i can not praise enough. Not to mention that they went out of the corporate way of me not reporting this in time and still supplying me with a replacement which is without problems

Superb instruments, backed by superb customer service which is would recommend just for that alone.

Made an impromptu visit to get some advice on servicing my sax and to look at a few alternatives for when I'm thinking of upgrading. I was utterly blown away by the personal level of help and time Alice gave me, especially given I dropped in unannounced! She was absolutely wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable and I really appreciated all of her friendly, honest and helpful advice - she was also especially patient was with all the questions I had! The fact I was able to try a few different models in one of the practice rooms and explore them at my own pace really helped me understand the difference between the instruments I was looking at and get a better feel for them, so thank you for that. It's safe to say I'll be back to make a (probably way too extravagant) purchase in the very near future and feel happy that I'll be in very safe hands when I do 😁. Thank you!

Excellent service and very helpful staff. I bought my wife a new saxophone for her birthday and following discussions with the team at JP, I had my Uncle's beautiful old Conn serviced and repaired as it was sadly stored in a shed where the roof had leaked and damaged pads, springs and screws and it is now restored to full working order and sounds smooth and wonderful thanks to the efforts of the technicians. I can't praise them enough.

I can't thank Alice enough she was so kind I'm only sorry my husband couldn't manage the tenor saxophone I bought him and it had to be returned Everything was done so smoothly and it was lovely meeting Alice

Amazing service. I popped in for some advice and to buy some accessories and the staff were wonderful. I had to bring my 2½Yr old with me and the ladies in there kept her entertained while I fixed some bits on my cornet. Special mention to Amy who couldn't have been more helpful and gave me great advice and super service. I will recommend to anyone that plays brass!

The first Yamaha B flat Clarinet that I received for some reason (after greasing cork) was so tight to put together that the Bell seemed fixed. I'd already spoken with Alice prior to ordering and was grateful to be able to speak with her direct again to explain what appeared to be a fault. I had a no quibble return arranged and another Clarinet (same model) was with me within days. The second one seems fine. I cannot fault the Customer Service and personal attention that I was given by Alice. Thank You. I would certainly highly recommend this Company and would buy from them again.
