Prices are fair and staff is friendly and very helpful.

The shop can look a little bit messy/overcrowded but is impressive as you can basically find anything pet related, especially cats and dogs. I would definitely recommend.

Went in here for the first time as Pets at Home have gone down hill in their supply of wild bird feed. Very surprised to find the same quality of feed as Pets at Home and bought a 20kg bag for the same price as a 12.5 kg bag at Pets at Home so guess who is stopping going to Pets at Home! Golden Hill have a great range of animal feed and no I'm not getting paid for this!

They have a vast stock of pet supplies at very reasonable price. Helpful staff too

I honestly cannot believe the service I received from golden hill pet supplies it was incredible!!! My horse is on specific feed and not many places supply it so I always order it from mole valley so I placed a order with mole valley a month ago and unfortunately head office cancelled my order twice I was in a panic as if my old boy doesn’t get his meals he loses weight due to bad teeth! I rang golden hill pet supplies Thursday in a panic with no horse feed and the woman I spoke to was fantastic and said they currently didn’t have any in stock but can place a order and it will be here tomorrow, get a call Friday 10am and it’s arrived! Golden hill will be my new supply of horse feed as what a job they did they went beyond to help me and I’ve never shopped with them before, where as mole valley I’ve been going there for 5 years!

Like Aladdin's cave for pet supplies! They've got everything here and the staff are friendly and helpful. Dogs welcome and usually get a treat. Plus it's a local business. There is onsite, free parking so great if you're picking up a big order.

We went there as we were having problems with a "houdini" dog who has escaped from every type of harness we can find. The staff were all very helpful, especially one man who although they didn't sell the type of harness we need, managed to cobble one together. After over an hour of trying out different designs he managed to secure our dog into her new escape proof harness. Thank you very much, there's no way she'll wiggle free now.

Huge range of pet (and animal) feed, at very reasonable prices - especially if you can buy in bulk. Other associated products too - dog leads, bird feeders, free- range eggs etc.
Well worth a visit.
