Such a refreshing change to find people who actually want to help. 10/10 to Colin for his superb help and support to my friend, and his brilliant customer service to us both. Only wish the service could be as good in West London, where I live.

For me being disabled they have absolutely excellent disabled toilets which are hard to come by in this day and age so I don't mind coming in there whilst my husband gets his building materials which are cheaper than most places.

Today I visited B&Q in Yeovil to purchase a number of products, not being a natural decorator, I had to ask at least 4 or 5 different staff members for help.
Each of the staff were extremely helpful especially the lady who last assisted me, just wish I got her name!!

B&Q Yeovil have outdone themselves. With exceptional use of staff as moving barriers, the ever changing human contraflow system is a delightful combination of playful and challenging. Overpriced silicone sealants galore and a modified Dewey decimal system to establish which screws you need for your decking, keep every customer brain achingly entertained.

Nice big store, had what I was looking for, which is not always the case with other DIY stores. This will be my go-to place now.

Brilliant little visit to the garden centre out the back, plenty of choice, plenty of plants and finally all in very good condition with an added 20% off on the day! Couldn't complain at all, very happy customer 👍

I went into B and Q in Yeovil yesterday to organise what was, for me, quite a complicated painting issue. Honestly, they were simply amazing. I could not have been more surprised, or better treated. A lovely lady by the name of Anna helped me. She really went the extra mile, took my phone number and even phoned me back about a colour that was on order. So, so kind. Whilst on the shop floor, unable to find my way around, a gentleman by the name of Lee so kindly showed me where I could find all my items, and then organised an off cut of wood for me that was not charged. Such a fabulous experience ! I have not always enjoyed B and Q shopping, but I have changed my mind. Most impressive. Thank you to both of you. Jane

From a phone call at 10am A very helpful girl told me to come on down,where 2 more lovely girls helped me get a work top and then cut it in half as requested EXCELLENT well done girls maybe some of the lads could learn from them

Wasn't sure where to look for the item I wanted, but the assistant I asked not only took me to where I needed to go, but then spent time explaining ge different items and the best to use

It has a good selection of tools, got a nice plant, helpful staff I was very lucky as had purchased a garden spade along with other items, got home realised I had left the spade, went back and they still had it.

This place has literally everything for DIY and home improvement, massive stocks and some great offers throughout the store on allsorts from power tools to garden furniture and loads more! They will even mix paint for you while you wait! Really friendly staff too, I dealt with Hannah and Matt individually and both were really hel0ful and friendly...thumbs up guys and girls! 👍👐👍
