Morrisons

I was a long way from home on business and googled somewhere for fuel and breakfast in Yeovil. As a proud Yorkshire man I was pleased when I saw there was a Morrisons Supermarket with fuel and a cafe. I enjoyed an Ultimate Breakfast and filled up on fuel at a competitive rate. The two ladies I encountered in the cafe were really nice but I saw how they interacted with a group of store managers and it is clear they are a great team. Thank you.

What fantastic service, from being welcomed as we walked, by Denise, to the check out, also from Denise (she obviously must have been on the move).

Fantastic help from the team member who sliced a loaf of bread, and the cafe team too (great food, by the way).

Coming from London, where service is dire, it’s such a refreshing change to get such terrific people and brilliant customer service! I’m down seeing a friend, so a long way from home! I love all things Morrisons, and the Morrisons card too.

Collected a click and collect that was great service and very slick, Quick and easy to collect.
Then shopping for some of the older generation, which was good, everyone socially distant, staff are very helpful, the only downside is not enough tills open. But that wouldn't stop me going there from now on, I've been shopping in another well know supermarket and the click and collect is a nightmare where you can be waiting up to 30mins for it to come out. Well done Morrison's, I'm very impressed

Only been once here as far as I know but the experience was satisfactory. Just came in, walked around, bought some bacon and left 🥓🥓🥓

There is a toilet at the entrance door for those who need it and I found the staff all right although I didn't speak to any.

Recommend for shopping.

Brilliant value 2 full English breakfasts and 2 hit drinks £10.
Francis in the cafe was warm and friendly very professional, took the time to talk to us she made our day . Thank you Francis A*** service… give the lady a pay rise !

The cafe in Morrisons is excellent, easy to pop in before you shop-or after if you don't have frozen food. Very reasonable prices, lots of choice & the afternoon tea is great too.

Good jet wash £3 for 6 minutes.

nicely layed out and well stocked the breakfast is good value and friendly staff

Visited for my usual weekly shop. Slightly later than usual so it wasn't quite so busy.
Managed to get all bar 1 item. Prices are reasonable considering the current climate.......found a few items at good prices.
Easy parking with an area for click and collect.....I'd recommend a visit even if you're just passing through and need a couple of things.

Was in and out quick getting what I needed no fuss

Can be very hit and miss this store has either everything you want or you are struggling to get the things that you came in for. Now only six service tills in operation as they want you to check out yourself, can see this will cause huge problems in the coming weeks in the run up to Christmas.

We've not been there since the lock down, 2yrs ago. Different staff at the café, menu"s changed for the better. I had chilli bean with salad and advacado, it was tasty. They stopped doing hot puddings, which hubby used to enjoy after lunch. I hope the puddings will return soon?

Always a pleasure to shop here. Lovely, helpful staff, great range of food and goods with the usual tasty, great value fare from their Cafe and Restaurant.
Unfortunately the staff are suffering from lack of support from their management team it appears. Overall maintenance has fallen badly, disabled toilet with NO LOCK for at least 5 weeks now, no ventilation, gents toilet with no flush, shelves full of empty boxes, last of the product right at the back of shelves where no-one can reach.
It would seem that the Morrisons takeover has resulted in a distinct decline in standards :-(
April 2023 hasn't seen any improvement unfortunately. Now the coffee machines haven't been repaired for weeks.
