Toolstation Taunton

Popped in toolstation Taunton to pick up my order greeted by indy who was very polite and helpful then needed some other bits whilst I was there and Sophie helped me get what I needed.

Overall very good experience nothing was missing from order and had the extra bits i needed in stock, both were very polite and helpful

Popped in the other day to grab some emergency things today and received amazing customer service and warm and friendly smile from the staff.

The gentleman who helped me out (Joe????? He had a beard and was bald) Was very professional and patient with me as I am not the best with DIY,and helped me figure out what I needed.

I highly recommend!

Staff member was extremely efficient, I had a click and collect order, he helped me to my car with heavy items. He also informed me about their move to a new store. The experience was so quick and easy, I didn't manage to catch the name of the member of staff that served me, Thank You for your excellent service.

Excellent branch - I use this branch all the time to pick up a full range of items. The service is always fast and the products do exactly what they need to do. I’ve experienced some great service during the COVID period thanks to Joe and from the other guys. “I’ll be back!👍🏻“

Went in for a replacement window handle. The helpful member of staff quickly pinpointed the one I needed based on the broken one I had brought in. Initially, she said it was out of stock but it could be ordered for tomorrow. But then her colleague said that they'd had an order that day. She dug around and found me one! Perfect transaction. Lovely, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good price and fast service. Couldn't ask for better!

Really friendly and helpful. Took the time to locate the washer I needed for the kitchen tap I had brought with me. Her indoors is in seventh heaven now that the tap doesn’t leak any more. Took me a year to get round to doing the job properly, ten minutes at Toolstation and 5 minutes putting the washer on the tap. Jobs a goodun!

Words can not begin to describe the shear talent, expertise and dashing good looks of James the sales advisor at Taunton Toolstation. I walked in a mere shell of my true potential and emerged a majestic eagle ready to take on the world and all her might. Quick like a flash James is there with a charming smile on his face and a presence that oozes sophistication. I give him a vague description of my required item...and BAM! Before i know it he'd scuttled off and fetched my item. I gasp in disbelief, "how could it be?" i mutter under my breath. I'm presented with my product in a suave manner. This almost god like being has brought a beam of light into my heart and cured my ailments of which modern medicine could not fathom. God save the queen and god save James the Toolstation titan!

Was welcomed into the store by Sam, he was very polite and was able too find what I wanted fast. Lovely service.

I was served by Fiona who helped me find the right nail i needed so thank yo very much. I have all ways loved this branch all the stafe has all ways been helpfal good work.
