The O'bridge Brewers Fayre

Fantastic, very happy staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Reservations for dining are easily available. Staff serving meals are tentative without being in your face. Great choice of menu. Order from the bar, pay at the time of ordering. There was a small error on my order, but it was very quickly rectified with no fuss. I was offered the price of the dish as compensation for the mix-up. But I did not take them up on the generous offer as they meal was sorted out so quickly and efficiently I was very impressed. Other people would probably have made a fuss for the sake of it, but I am not like that at all. I was very happy with how the matter was handled. The member of staff did his job extremely well. As I said , I was happy with this. If or when I return to Taunton, I will definitely eat there again. 5* service

It was our first visit and I have to say it will not be our last visit. The service and quality of food was excellent toilets were very very clean considering the pub is very busy.
staff are on hand to help no matter what with smiles and thank yous and goodbye that means a lot for a return visitor.

Went on to breakfast before a trip into Town. Breakfast buffet was amazing. See pic below.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was very uplifting. I feel this was down to the 2 staff running the breakfast. Thank you Pierce and Lauren for a wonderful experience.

After a long drive we rocked up to this place. Kind staff found us a table, food came quickly, tea and coffee were everlasting and easy to sort out. Place was packed with people and families which is always a good sign, and there was a good happy atmosphere. Parking was good and it made a good stop on our way to our holiday.

Had a great night at Brewers Fayre having dinner. food was warm,fries were crispy and the dessert looked just like the photo on the menu.

Friendly and welcoming. Great food and great service. We tried a variety of dishes from the menu all were superb and cooked perfectly to our personal preferences. Would highly recommend for a great meal at a reasonable price. The Gonk lover will be back soon.

Took the kids to play in the new softplay and have a drink. We decided to stay for food too. We're glad we did. Despite them being understaffed, the food was very good. And although busy the staff were attentive and polite. Overall, it was a great experience with the little ones and friends.

It’s always nice to return to one of the best food places in Taunton. The service was top notch, especially as it was our anniversary we really enjoyed our time and how well the staff looked after us. Many thanks to Roxanne and Nuno for being the stars of our evening!

Great food lovely drink. And Bradley the bar tender made me feel like n.o 1 had my day made by him just being fabulous. Will definitely come back for more.

Excellent Christmas Carvery. All of the staff were really friendly and gave excellent customer service Mothers Day carvery, at normal price, there were vouchers for a free 2 course meal for mums.
The food would have been 5 star, if the beef was not full of sinews.

Good food at a reasonable price.

Good sized kids softplay also available at £3 per child. You can sit in the noise or behind a glass viewing wall. Like watching monkeys at the zoo. ;-)

We visited on a Saturday lunchtime and were served our order very quickly indeed.

Dropping car off for service nearby, so made a quick call to check they were open for non-resident breakfasts. No problem. Pay up front for the meal and give car registration if parking. Check the signs in the car park, else could get £85 fine even if using disabled space! Quickly seated and great hot full English breakfast. Have used premier inns fairly regularly. In comparison this was the best quality of all. Good quality strong flat white coffees from a self service machine and self service buffet for cereals. Then table service for the main cooked breakfast. Hot and freshly cooked. Excellent. Best crispy hash browns ever. Great atmosphere. Roads nearby very busy, but silent in the restaurant, even giving a rural impression with the surrounding grass and trees, although right in the town centre.

Had a lovely meal, hats off to the chef. Find a seat and order your own food. Great choice available with 2 mains for £8.99 puddings £1.99 available between 12-5 mon-fri (Prices correct as at December 2018).

Booked to have a carvery. Very impressed with the quality considering it's a national chain . Staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. The meat on the carvery was really good the veg and sides were freshly rotates and very good too. Great place to come if you have smaller kids too as they have a small soft play area which you can sit in or near so you can let the kids play. Will definitely be back again

Having stayed in the Premier Inn behind the O'bridge this was the only place I could frequent whilst on my business trip. The staff where funny, welcoming, joyful and knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast whilst free for me was great as it was an all you can eat [I see as a warning rather than a challenge] The burgers at dinner were well cooked and enough chips to drown a Scotsman. Loved my stay here.

We met up with family for a weekend lunch. Our group included five adults and two small children. The little ones loved playing in the soft play area while we waited for our meals to arrive. All the meals were served in good time and were delicious. (good chips!). Staff were also friendly and helpful. We would definitely visit again.

Came for lunch with my mum, was greated, seated and served by Roxanne who was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good value for money and nicely presented. Will be back soon.

On arriving Brad seated us and asked about allergies. Not something you get very often!!! Not sure why as know how important it is. Ordering was easy, Megan bought us our food and checked we had everything we needed. Philip the manager checked we were ok and we asked who the chefs were as my burger was amazing. I was surprised that Julio and Abbie came out so I could thank them personally. My daughter ordered a caramel chocolate nibble sundae this was brought out by YOLO who asked if we needed anything else. The sundae was delicious. I would only recommend as it can be pricey going out. This was value for money!!!!

Went for drinks, lovely atmosphere. Amazing staff, can't rate Phillip enough was amazing definitely ready for Christmas with his headband. Would definitely come here again. Xmas drink menu was amazing too!!
