As the former area manager for NiC facilities management I can only comment on what I have witnessed.
Dylan is a fantastic manager with a fantastic team around him who are always pleasant, polite and helpful.
Once the morning delivery arrives around 05:30, his team are immediately restocking the shelves but they can only restock what product arrives.

My local supermarket and it's a godsend. I honestly can't praise the staff here enough. All of them are so friendly and welcoming and all so hardworking. The store is always spotlessly clean and they do their level best to keep the shelves stocked. This place has been a lifeline during the pandemic. Thank you hardworking women and men of Penygroes Coop!

Convenient village store. Polite friendly staff. Car parking outside the store and across the road. Although due to the current distribution problems some items are not always available the staff work hard to replenish the store and are always helpful.

Nice food, good customer servive.
I'd recommend removing the one way system as I find it makes social distancing harder to upkeep since everyone is going one way, people push passed to get to where they want etc.

Fantastic staff. Nothing is too much trouble. A true community shop with all the quality, choice and ethics of the Coop. Not as expensive as you may think also. Ardderchog!

Co-op is Penygroes' favourite store to go to rather than Premier.

Great service and there are nice and caring staff that offer to help you find anything you want.
