Tesco Extra

Absolutely AMAZING staff.

Me and my partner popped into here to do some last minute late night shopping, had a sketchy encounter with a man which I was perhaps too paranoid about, I’ve never been made to feel so safe and heard by supermarket staff before. They looked after us the entire time, kept us away from the man until he left the building and security even walked us to our car to ensure we were okay. I couldn’t thank them enough, will absolutely be coming back. Lovely lovely people.

Pretty big shop with plenty of items to buy, but some aisles were labeled wrong and I couldn't find the item I wanted. Clothes section was all over the place, no definite section for toddlers.

Great selection of goods...unfortunately at our checkout someone had spilled a packet of big chocolate buttons and it hadn't been cleaned up. Treading into them then going outside in the hot sun where they melted on your shoes was not good...we did draw our cashier's attention to them..

Came in today to get some cord to secure mattress to take to the recycling centre, asked Sam for help, very patient and really helpful, came to see the car and managed to secure it for me as I did not have the strength, a real credit to your store, more stores should have " great customer service " like you had with Sam, well done 👏

Broke down in the exit road from the car park. Whilst I realise moving me out of the way was less to do with my safety and much more about the back log in the car park.... After we had been pushed out of the way the free coffee and way of getting out of the parking fine in Aldi's car park was very welcome while we waited for rescue.

Spacious, airy and well stocked store, various checkout options, helpful staff

Since lockdown have been using the ‘click & collect’ service and have to say never had a bad experience with it. Due to the restrictions you just pull up at the collection building away from the main store, open your boot and the friendly staff load it all for you and close the boot. You don’t even get out of the car. Brilliant way to shop.

Such a good range of food, gifts, clothing etc. With a costa at the back (up the stairs/lift). Staff very helpful at the self serve today. I know the new parking charges have been talked about a lot locally. But I think I it’s the right thing for people shopping at tescos.

I bought my phone there, and the people was helpful. Samsung A12 no longer in the market, Samsung 13A must be then. Same price than the older model, but twice the memory.

Was good experience with lots of help around.
Lots of new refrigeration and on going cleaning and always asked by staff am I OK or do I need anything.

On every occasion I have visited this store, I am greeted by friendly, approachable staff always happy to help- despite the pressures they face with what appears to be a lower staff ratio and more self- serve tills.

I love Tesco! They have everything I need, from food to clothes to household items. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Tesco to everyone!

Got everything I wanted

You can get most of the stuffs there. Like clothings, pharmacy, electronic etc

The pharmacy don’t always hold the medicine you want. So sometime have to come back again.

Lot of places to park.

The worst time to go is during weekend especially sat, people don’t shop there also park there cos it is free parking for three hours. So hard to get out of the car park, especially the traffic light is not always in your flavour and joining traffic with aldi customers.

I used their community room for Lichfield Chinese club every Tuesday afternoon. They rent it for free which is great especially we are non profit club.

Went to this Tesco while I was travelling in the UK a year ago with a friend and they SAVED MY LIFE.
Let me explain xD
I'm french. I live in France.We don't have the same power outlets.
When I arrived from the Stansted airport, this shop was about to close, and they had no "european to UK outlet" adapters on shelves.
A really kind employee helped me by checking stock out of the clock, the store even closed before she could find it but she really wanted to help me so she proceed and found one. I'm really thankful for this.

Can get most things here. Staff are mostly helpful..
